Christmas family vacation

Very good location and convenient transportation to all points in the city. The studio was well heated. There were the necessary utensils in the kitchen and complimentary coffee capsules.

They could consider providing some spices for the kitchen, the most necessary ones like salt, pepper, vinegar for example

Clean and fairly comfortable.

Wheelchair users stay away from this property. It states "Wheelchair accessible" but it has one tiny lift and your wheelchair may not fit and the communication with the representatives of the property is a nightmare. I sent numerous messages and kept getting generic "welcome, your trip is soon" kind of messages totally unrelated to my questions.

had a pleasant stay there, very neat little studio well connected to the main points of the city

I had a very comfortable stay at this place, it looks exactly like on the photos.The apartment is clean and neatly prepared to accomodate guests.There is lots of natural light coming from the window taking whole width of the wall, with a small window in the bathroom.The kitchen is well equipped to a point you could easily cook regular meals here, there is a functioning 4xinduction stove, an oven, a microwave and a small nespresso capsule coffee machine.

there is very little what could be improved, but the bathroom shower door could be looked into since its not closing properly, so you need to be cautious while showering, not to soak the bathroom floor. Apart from that the main ceiling light didnt work,or I was unable to turn it on, and in the evening the flat was a bit dark, didnt bother me at after whole day of sight seeing :) but I imagine for someone coming on a work related stay that might be a pain.

Spacious and modern

Spacious, modern and clean apartment. Easy check in and check out, very good communication. Overall great experience.

The only thing I think it needs an upgrade are pillows, they were not matching the quality of the rest of the apartment. Maybe also to give soap and shampoo, specifically for short stays.

WiFi stopped working, but for price overall a good option for Basel, can commute/walk 2km to centre

Good access to public transport, nice modern apartment, small grocery store next door and bakery/cafe across the road. Quiet area. Free basel card made available online.

Wifi stopped working after first day (one router signal completely disappeared, and the second did not connect to the Internet) and despite raising it through booking.com and staff saying it would be looked into, this was not resolved during my 4day stay. (This is more of an issue as many data packages in EU don't include Switzerland and data is very expensive). Lockbox instructions could have been more specific to make it simpler to find (was within the postbox which had to be opened). Similarly key for main apartment building door is finicky and some more specific instructions regarding the key at check-in would be beneficial - I had to wait for a neighbour at one point to get in the main door, but it works okay if you pull the door sharply towards you. . Had to ask how to get basel card on arrival, and then photograph and email through Id card and email address (couldn't be sent through booking app). - this is something that could be sorted beforehand and request for id included in the prearrival info to streamline process

Perfecto para turistas

La ubicación es excelente, el trato muy amable y en español y justo enfrente hay una panadería en la que te pueden atender también en español.

Reservamos 3 apartamentos y en uno de ellos no tuvimos toallas hasta el último día. Además algunas luces no funcionaban bien en otros apartamentos.

Barrio tranquilo y muy cerca del centro en transporte público o a pie. El apartamento era acogedor, moderno y estaba muy completo.

Sehr gut geeignet für Geschäftsreisen!

Lage und Einrichtung: Die Unterkunft bot ausreichend Platz und war clever eingerichtet. Der Schrank verfügte über genügend Stauraum, und der Tisch war praktisch für meine geschäftlichen Aktivitäten. Ich war mit der Farbauswahl sehr zufrieden, die eine angenehme Atmosphäre schuf. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Lage: Die Bushaltestelle war in nur zwei Minuten zu erreichen, und es gab zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Kontakt zum Gastgeber war ebenfalls sehr zufriedenstellend und unkompliziert. Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt als äusserst angenehm empfand und die Unterkunft bestens für Geschäftsreisen geeignet ist.

Die Duschbrause könnte modernisiert werden, da Wasser beim Schlauch austrat und es führt dazu, dass der Boden schnell überschwemmt wird, was unangenehm ist. Die Deckenbrause ist in Ordnung. Zudem fiel mir im Flur und Treppenhaus ein unangenehmer Geruch nach Rauch auf, was den Gesamteindruck beeinträchtigt hat. Im Studio selbst war dieser Geruch jedoch nicht wahrnehmbar, was positiv zu erwähnen ist. Ein weiterer Punkt, der meiner Meinung nach verbessert werden könnte, ist die Information zur Basel Card, die mir bei Ankunft nicht zur Verfügung gestellt wurde, obwohl dies „angekündigt“ war.
