Misleading listing and comfort issues throughout our stay.
The apartment is well located and very clean upon arrival.
Unfortunately, this was by far one of the worst experiences we’ve had during a family trip. Upon arriving with my wife and three small children, we immediately ran into problems accessing the apartment. We were first given the wrong key code, and then directed to the wrong unit. Only after a second phone call were we finally given the correct code and apartment. Mistakes happen, but that was only the beginning. The apartment was advertised as having two bedrooms, which was essential for us. In reality, it only has one. The supposed second bedroom is the living room, with a double bed separated by a bookshelf from the sofa bed, certainly not what we had booked or what is shown in the listing. This setup was highly inconvenient for a family of five. The shutters were broken, so at sunrise (around 5:30 AM), full daylight flooded the rooms, waking the entire family. In the bathroom, the faucet was broken, only scalding hot water came out, and unfortunately it was one of our children who discovered this the hard way. The kitchen was under-equipped: only five plates of each kind, a few forks and knives, no scissors, no teaspoons, just the bare minimum. A kettle was provided, but plugging it in caused a complete power outage. Due to the combination of these issues, we made the difficult decision to leave after just one night (out of the three we had booked). This meant cutting our holiday short, losing precious vacation time, and wasting work leave. This apartment is misleadingly advertised and poorly managed. I strongly advise families, especially those with small children, to look elsewhere.

The apartment is in excellent condition and in an excellent location with easy access to public transport. Very spacious and extremely clean. The hosts were very friendly and available. I recommend the stay, for us it was undoubtedly excellent.

L'emplacement est top, près du centre ville et de toutes commodités. Le personnel est très réactif à nos besoins et attentes. Il est disponible même pour des demandes en soirée.
