Comfortable clean warm and welcoming -so handy to Louth village with facilities.

The property was modern clean and in a very convenient to Louth village. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We found a lovely pub 'Jack's Bar' had a glass of wine and the lady serving us gave us the menu for the Chinese restaurant across the way. Perfect - there was nothing missing!

Excellent place to stay

The paddocks were very accommodating and offered a lovely comfortable and clean room and bathroom! We stayed there to drive to a wedding only 10 minutes away so it was perfect. They were also so kind about adjusting check-in times for what we needed

Be sure when trying to find the location you put the ericode in directly breather than copying the address from booking.com as Google maps will ignore the ericode and take you somewhere else.

Great stop off en-route to N Ireland

Peaceful and very well appointed facilities with plenty of parking. Host welcoming and there were room service breakfast/ lunch options if required. Only 5 miles/ 8 minutes from the M1.

The bathroom was not en-suite (but was just for our use so it was ok.)
