Rosemount is well located - less than 5 minutes for our evening meal and ideal for our ride to Dublin and ferry. Breakfast choice was more than adequate and parking for our motorcycles was available on-site.

Delightful B & B, warm Irish welcome, very comfortable rooms and a superb Irish breakfast!

Rosemount was absolutely beautiful outside - such care taken with the amazing flower displays. The inside of the property was very well maintained and the bedrooms were delightful and spotlessly clean. It was so comfortable. We were so warmly welcomed and it was clear to see that this B & B is a 'little gem' to stay in. The Irish breakfast was superb! we will definitely return.

We had a great stay. We had a lovely room with a kettle, tea, coffee etc. The hosts were very friendly, nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was delicious.

The duvet on the bed was too warm. With it we were too hot but without it we were too cold. A lower tog summer duvet would have been better. Everything else was fine 👍🏼

This guesthouse has far surpassed my experience of more expensive hotels. This is the gold standard.

Rosemount is a charming guesthouse. When we arrived we were greeted with manicured gardens, lawns and shrubbery in perfect condition. Our room was immaculate, spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was a generous meal. Cereals, soft fruits, and cooked full Irish to suit individual tastes. This was delivered in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this guesthouse.

Wonderful place to stay

We have stayed at the Rosemount before and will always stay there each time we return to Dundalk. The grounds are beautiful, the family that owns the property are very friendly and they can help with any suggestions you may need. The breakfasts are over the top!

Amazing, clean and comfortable

Staff were very kinda and welcoming, room was clean, comfortable and perfect for what we required and early check in was a huge bonus! The full Irish the following morning was tops! Would definitely return if in the area again. We were at a wedding in Bellingham Castle and it was only about 10/15mins away! 10/10

Exactly as the photos. Beautiful garden, and exterior- homely interior, no corporate clinical decor. Personal, cosy, welcoming, individual, warm , relaxing , inviting… perfect for what I needed. An absolute gem. I wanted to stay and spend a day on the garden with John, chat with Maisie and Ann and put the world to rights with Adele. Stressful working days then to come ‘home’ to a family was so important. They made me feel as if we’d been friends forever. They won’t know what the wonderful Rosemount B&B meant to me. Thank you x

It was a brilliant stay for us for a wedding, I booked 6 rooms for 2 days for a family wedding, Travelled down from Derry. John the owner was very friendly, more than accommodating. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was phenomenal, you won't eat all day. The girls making breakfast and cleaning the rooms were so friendly. A lovely wee family-run place. Can't recommend highly enough. 10/10
