very comfy, lots of small homely touches, spacious room, warm, nice garden, quiet
Breakfast only served after 8:30, looked delicious but had to miss due to having to get to appointments. A bit short on parking space

Just few hundred meters from the Dundalk IT bus stop, so easy to get from the Dublin Airport. If feeling 2 km walk to city centre is too much, step in to the local bus for just a 2€ fee (as of 2026). Premises were nice and clean. Was able get warm water in the shower in reasonable time.
Next to busy road. The sink was on the otherside of the room and not inside the bathroom. Not very optimal after "business seating" done.
