A real treat after a days travel and a truly comfortable and pleasant stay

Central location.

The room was freezing on one of the coldest nights in the year. In the morning we figured out the storage electrical heating. Heating should be automatic.

Parked my car in the imperial car park , give the car reg when asked inside. Only next morning when my car was HIT and the Garda try to investigate.Imperial Hotel says the CCTV doesn’t work . Stay clear if you have a good car .

Great time was haf in Dundalk with a warm modern room and tasty breakfast

It’s real central in the heart if he town, you get free car parking n the food at breakfast is continental followed by cooked Irish breakfast - tasty

The lift is a pest - you need to use ur room card for it to work - but watch out when ur trying to use it to leave with luggage - if the cleaners are busy doing their job - a great one at that - they can be using the lift to go between floors - this cud mean u need to wait and call the lift about 3-4 times before ur lucky to get it!

Breakfast was excellent really enjoyed my Avocado toast.

Thought the checking out time of 11am early. We had to pay €20 extra to check out at 12noon. We were attending a wedding and I had booked a hairdresser appointment for 10.45 assuming check out was 12 which in our experience is the norm in hotels

First trip to Imperial Dundalk

The location was great, very convenient right in the centre of the town. All of the staff were lovely and friendly, breakfast was great and plenty of it.

Instructions on how to use the shower would be useful. We found it tricky but once again the staff were available straight away to help.

Reception staff were excellent. They were able to accommodate our needs as we had a few last minute changes. Housekeeping very friendly and accommodating

Breakfast was served up till. 11.00 am. We arrived down approximately 10.50. Was disappointed as the male waiter stood over us and awaited our cooked breakfast order. The toaster was unplugged with items already been removed and put away. Continental breakfast selection not great. Cooked breakfast 10/10.

We enjoyed are stay and would stay again.

It was easy to get to. Parking was close by in their carpark which was free. Room was excellent . Made good use of cold water on 3rd floor.

Not complaining but when we came down for breakfast, we weren’t long sat down when we were asked what fry or breakfast we wanted and we barely had time to finish our yogurt/cereal when hot breakfast was brought to the table. Perhaps a longer time from getting tea until hot breakfast being delivered.
