What a lovely, charming and homely place this is. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and was furnished in exactly the kind of way you imagine a well run B&B to be.
Slightly silly little things. The electrics in my room need sorting (I almost pulled out the wires of the plug socket when I unplugged my charger). The windows, especially facing the road, could do with being double glazed and the shower went from boiling hot to freezing cold a few times.
But hey, it woke me up 😂

The property had the period charm. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The location was good for our omward journey.
The bathroom was a little small but perfectly functional.

Disgraceful breakfast. Eggs undercooked on a cold plate. Also slow service and not busy.
Bed could be better. V old. Bathroom shabby.
