Easy check in - very communicative and helpful owner. Offer available to have tea & coffee and use shared facilities.

Slightly out of town however easy to grab a taxi so not the end of the world.

Exceptional customer service, the owner was so helpful when we ringed him as we were running late for our check-in time. We called him at midnight and he was so kind! Will definitely use this property whenever I’m around and recommend it to my family and friends!

Good value for money in terms of service and facilities

The staff was very nice, with on point communication on the booking.com chat. Smart and easy directions on check-in and about facilities. The room, the bed, the location of the property where fine. And the other residents were polite. Thankfully, the bed was actually bigger than on the photo. That was perfect for me and my daughter.

The bathroom on the second floor had a horrible smell, and the neighbour had 2-3 dogs barking at each other all night to later than midnight. So this is not where you can be sure to get a full night's sleep. But the staff has promised to talk to the neighbours about it.

Good location, nice clean and large room, basic kitchen available, good budget option for a few nights or longer.

The access is via key code system so there is no one to welcome you anyone who is expecting a B&B host be aware. The facilities are pretty okay, the finish on the stairs as it was a bit tricky with the suitcase, the room and bathroom was very clean, heating was via an electric heater no central heating, kitchen smells through the corridor, kitchen is useful with washing machine, the kitchen sink area could be more clean/hygienic with some towels or paper towels would’ve been good.

I was only staying one night and it was ideal for this purpose.

It was an Air B&B. I did not use the breakfast option. The room was a nice size and well heated. I was assisted by other people at the location and the host made every effort to help as I turned up earlier than expected.

The shower area's was to small for me. The modernisation was well done other than the space being limited.
