Very clean and spacious room. Fully equipped kitchen.
The basement loo has a bad odour and is directly next to the kitchen - however, there is the alternative loo on the 2nd floor. The room is cold so the thin bed coverings are not adequate, I was cold during the night. Unfortunately, the neighbours are very noisy - I appreciate this is not the host's fault but it did impact my stay.

The property is situated close to the city centre and a bus stop going to the university. There is an early-opening store 1-2 minutes away where you can buy coffee and pastries. The owner/manager was helpful, and the instructions for check-in were clear. The house looked recently renovated, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, good quality for the price.
The house has good acoustics, so it was a bit noisy during the day. I could hear people talking downstairs.

It was an Air B&B. I did not use the breakfast option.
The room was a nice size and well heated.
I was assisted by other people at the location and the host made every effort to help as I turned up earlier than expected.
The shower area's was to small for me. The modernisation was well done other than the space being limited.
