Awful

No heating or hot water, staff were terrible no help at all, problem wasn’t fixed, we ended up leaving to stay in another place and still charged me a cleaning fee laughable.

We didn't stay, too grubby and damp. We booked into a hotel instead.

The place was dirty, damp and poorly equipped. Unwashed dish in the sink, crumbs and food residue in the cupboards, no cups or mugs. Wet bed linen and wet towels stored in the bedrooms, plus a badly stained duvet in one bedroom.

Bei unserer Ankunft waren alle rückwärtigen Fenster komplett offen, so dass mindestens eine Katze ins Haus eindringen konnte. Diese hatte es sich auf einem der Betten bequem gemacht. Unsere Kinder reagieren allergisch und wir mussten uns eigenständig nach einer neuen Unterkunft umschauen. Es roch zudem stark nach Rauch und chemischem Raumduft. Die Reinigung des Objektes scheint zudem nur oberflächlich durchgeführt zu werden. Reklamationen wurden während des Aufenthaltes zwar online entgegengenommen, aber immer mit Verweis auf Booking.com unbearbeitet gelassen. Die vorgenommene Stornierung wurde nach zwei Wochen zurückgewiesen.
