Great location but property needs some love!

Location and very responsive host.

The place was really tatty and in need of some love and a lick of paint! We also had a neighbour knock on the door to tell us that it was an ‘illegal air BnB’.

Not worth your money.

The flat stank of damp. The bathroom was full of mold as well as the windows in the master bedroom. The beds were uncomfortable and the flat really needed a freshen up. All the walls were scuffed really badly and the floors were very dirty. The only good thing was the location and how close to the Temple Meads station was.

Facilities are ok, HORRIBLE CHECK-IN

The facilities were fine

The check-in process was really poor. Due to a "glitch", I did not receive the email to provide a deposit or my ID before check-in, so I did not receive the code for the keysafe. As a result, I had to wait outside on the phone with customer support while they sent me the links for the deposit and to submit my ID. My family and I were waiting outside in the cold for over an hour (0 degrees C) until we received the keysafe code. The phone support was not flexible at all about giving us the code until they finished all their internal processing. Local stores did not allow us to wait there. This is the worst check-in process I've had with any accomodation. This took well over an hour and was very stressful! The telephone support did not offer any recompense, like late checkouts.

Steile Treppe zum Appartement, nicht gesichert, daher nicht für Kleinkinder geeignet.
