Lovely flat in a good location. There was a parking space available to use, which was helpful. The host was very attentive and good at responding to messages.

Disappointing
Location
Whilst the accommodation is okay, it is not in keeping with the price it has been advertised for. The property is clearly outdated, and the renovation efforts were poorly executed. The floors were uneven and unstable, and several windows couldn’t be locked, with noticeable gaps that made the room feel insecure. What was shown online was a stark contrast to the reality on arrival.

Nice flat in Bristol supported by an excellent owner.
By far the best thing about this nice little flat (which was very comfortable and clean when we arrived) is what happened when the gas company had to switch off the gas and dig up the road because of a long-standing supply fault. I must stress this was not the flat owners problem. However, he arrived on the scene in person, organised a hotel for us and refunded us for time we could not spend in the flat. He was incredibly supportive and helpful and I am very happy to say we would stay in his properties next time we go to Bristol. Certainly the best actual service (by far!) we have ever had from a property owner.
