Nice apartment in a great location close to centre

The apartment has everything you need, including on-site parking. It is nicely decorated & comfortable. Also, it's quiet. Easy walk into city centre & bus station is 3 mins. This is the 2nd time I have stayed here & I would do it again.

The lifts were out of order, but this is out of YSB control, which was unfortunate timing.

So convenient for BRI visiting

It was so close to the BRI hospital that I could walk to it each day

Sadly the lifts stopped working on the 3rd and last night meaning a long trip with luggage down two flights of stairs. This was not deliberate and incidents happen so nothing the host could do about it

Could be more comfortable but did the job

Friendly staff, central location, did the job.

Could feel the springs in the mattress, the sofa was very uncomfortable, felt like student accommodation and there was just too much irrelevant information so the important things - door code, collecting keys, apartment number, wifi etc - was hard to find

It was lovely to have tea, coffee & hot chocolate on arrival. Location was perfect for our needs.

The beds could do with toppers on the mattress in both rooms, the spring’s uncomfortable and make noise's each time someone turns. The place is perfect apart from this one thing.

Checkout - having a panic attack and delayed by 30min only to find the staff have let themselves into the apartment and another unaccompanied male who then proceeded to start drilling into the walls - the the whole our belongings and us were not dressed. Unacceptable

Superb apartment in a great location

The apartment was perfect for 4 adults, plenty of room, comfortable beds and a lovely lounge/kitchen area that had everything we needed for our stay, The parking was extremely secure and was a good size. The location was excellent and a 10-15 minute walk to the main areas of the City.

Overall disappointed, we booked a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment to share between 3 friends. We had apartment 18 which smelled really bad, which didn’t get us off to a good start. I assume the previous guests had cooked a curry or something spicy, as the smell was overwhelming, and quite gross actually. I appreciate that management cannot control what other guests do, but as we had been given extensive “rules” to comply with, maybe it would be useful to add further guidance about guests not cooking anything that is going to cause lingering smells? The apartment was not as nice as I was expecting to be honest, from the photos advertised. It was more like student accommodation, and a bit basic; the door to the kitchen/sitting room slammed shut very noisily, and so was very noisy for the 2nd bedroom, so maybe a door dampener or soft closing is needed? It served a purpose for our weekend stay, but would not recommend as it was too expensive for what we actually got.
