Loved the french windows and being able y open them wide.Central location ,the car parking was brilliant, the decor was very tasteful and the kitchen well equipped.
Couldn't get ANY!!!hot water in taps or shower.The noise from somewhere like air con or boiler went on ALL night.Couldn't sleep

Nice apartment, quiet building. 24/7 Supermarket and subway nearby. Very convenient. Self check in procedure easy
No possibility to have a luggage storage before check-in for 3 hours (they sent us to a commercial luggage storage). When we arrived, we found the entrance floor dirty and sticky, and it has stayed that way for 2 days. The customer service has been very king but extremely unhelpful. Not the facilities and the level of service I expect from a 4-star accommodation, as they state they are.

Central location and quite big for our 4 people family, also 2 bathrooms were also quite handy. Parking for a bit an extra fee was secured and safe.
Was a bit hot as no air conditioning except one vent, other than that all was fine.

Apartment was well equipped and kitchen had everything you could think of. It was spotlessly clean. The check in and out process was very smooth and communication was great.
The beds were small and uncomfortable. The apartment seems to be located in primarily a student complex, both nights of our day there were loud parties going on until 2 in the morning. The location itself in Bristol is a bit dodgy at night. If we had known where it was located we would have stayed elsewhere.
