Extremely satisfied. Would stay again!

Very homely, spacious, well equipped and clean.

Found the front door very difficult to operate and lock. Several bulbs burnt out in the living and dining room clusters. Oven door handle loose

Ok, could've been better

Location and layout was good. Bedding and towels very fresh and clean. Downstairs shower good.

Only 6 chairs at the dining and their were 8 of us. Carpet definitely needed a carpet cleaner as most of the marks could've been easily removed. Kitchen floor was very tacky! Garden looked like it had been cleared recently, lots of hedge trimmings stacked in the corner. Paint pots stacked in the garden too. Only 6 garden chairs also. Upstairs bathroom needed a holder to use the shower attachment standing instead of sitting in the bath!

Super stay to enjoy Bristol Harbour Festival

Great location with easy 25 min walk into the city and easy access to buses and shops. Comfy bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. Parking for 3 cars at the front was a real bonus.

Perfect for a small group visiting Bristol.

As a group of 4 ladies we appreciated our own comfortable bedrooms and had no problem sharing the 2 bathrooms. The 5th bedroom we left for luggage and ironing board etc. Bus 76 is an excellent service nearby to get in and out Bristol Centre, plus a 7 min walk to the train connects you with Temple Meads station. A decent corner shop was handy to stock up on essentials. Spacious living room, with sitting area and dining area was ideal to chill out after a day exploring and enjoying what Bristol has to offer. Pippa the manager was prompt at sorting some minor issues. Plus there us a walkway into town, called The Malago Greenway, that takes you via parks, gardens and a mix of back lanes to the area just south of Temple Meads, in about 30min on foot. It’s a walking/cycling hybrid pathway.

As we were there during the heat wave, we wished for some fans, which the manager said is going to arrange for the next guests as we sent that feedback at the end of our stay. Not a negative, but as others pointed out, this house can sleep a higher number of people (up to 10) than kitchen and living area are suitable for. In my opinion up to 6-7 including a couple of children would feel comfortable there.

Great location and nice house.

We stayed here for a week in April as we were having building works done in our own house. It’s a brilliant location, close to where me, my wife, son and daughter all work. My daughter and I were able to walk to and from work every day, which was great. There are 5 big bedrooms so everybody was happy. Local shops are great too, plenty of food choices and there’s a massive Asda and Lidl nearby. We would have stayed longer as the building work wasn’t finished to a point where we could go back home, but someone else had already booked it for the following week.

Spacious house in good location

Spacious house, very comfortable and well equipped. Handy for the city centre (walkable via footpath or by public transport) and a wide range of restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets etc close by. Driveway with plenty of space for 2-3 cars.

Minor points, but only just enough toilet roll provided and would have been nice to have bigger bath towels (or 2 per person).

Great property!

The house was spotlessly clean. The bedrooms are all good sizes (even the smallest). The bathrooms are really good sizes as well. Facilities are excellent, many short-term tented properties fail to provide even the basics, but this one had everything we needed and more. Great lounge and dinning area which we used every morning and evening. Easy access from town centre, we used the 76 bus which has stops very close by. We got a taxi from and to the train station, and it was just over £10 so if you don't want to use the buses, taxis are also a great affordable alternative. The owner communication was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Un lugar tranquilo y acogedor

La ubicación es muy buena. Si te gusta andar, en 40 mins estás en el centro y tienes parada de bus muy cerca de la casa. El barrio es tranquilo y tiene sitios para tomar algo y comprar a no mas de 10 mims andando. La casa es muy cómoda y acogedora. Las habitaciones están muy bien y los baños también. Había secador de pelo y es de agradecer.

Por decir algo, el horno no tenía botón de encendido y era de gas. No había forma de encenderlo porque faltaba el botón que genera la chispa para que se encienda la llama, pero con un mechero lo solucionamos. Los baños tenían poco papel higiénico para la cantidad de personas que éramos y no había más en ningún armario y había que avisar para que nos dejasen más.
