2 Bed Luxury City Centre Flat

Far too hot. We stayed during the heatwave and just unlucky that the weather was so uncomfortably hot. Although the blinds in all rooms don’t fit the windows properly and let so much light in, even when closed, which was also letting more heat in. There were no pans in the kitchen so we couldn’t cook the food we had brought for our first night which was a shame. The tap in the kitchen sink is very loose and feels like it is going to come off! Generally the flat was a good space but a few things need attention which I’ve noticed since reading all the reviews, the majority of people have already highlighted.

The flat was not clean. The bed actually looked and felt like the sheets had not been changed. This was a shame as the flat was lovely overall and had everything it needed.

Absolutely loved this place, looks exactly how it is displayed and the host was very accommodating as we arrived early so they got the room ready sooner. Made my birthday

The property is in a great location easy to walk to the nearby facilities. Access into the flat was easy the instructions were great.

The flat online is described as a luxury flat and it has the potential to be one but there so many little niggling issues that affect that luxury. When I arrived the bedside lamps were on in the 2 bedrooms and I had to move a bedside cabinet to reach the light switch and I was horrified by the amount of dirt and dust behind the furniture which is really off putting. A lot of the furniture seems to be broken/damaged and the tap in the kitchen is clearly not connected properly and the toilet roll holder in the bathroom has previously been repaired and is just about hanging on. On closer look every where looks grubby. In the bedroom on the left one of the ceiling air filters is covered in dirt.
