The property was well equipped, with a good open-plan kitchen and a washing machine, which made the stay more convenient. It was also clean, easy to access, and located in a nice, quiet area. Another big advantage is that it’s very close to the arena, making it ideal if you’re attending events there.

The check-in and check-out times are relatively late, which can make planning your stay a bit inconvenient. The property is advertised as sleeping six people, but it wasn’t properly equipped for that number of guests. There were two single beds and one double bed. The bedding and towels provided only matched those beds, meaning the people who had to sleep on the sofa bed were not given any towels or blankets. This is particularly unacceptable during the winter season. The sofa bed itself was very uncomfortable (you can feel the wood from the sofa digging into your back and ribs) and it is definitely not large enough for two people to sleep properly. Another issue was the blinds. They were vertical, office-style blinds that didn’t fully cover the windows, which meant privacy was limited. In addition, outside spotlights often shone directly through the windows at night, making the bedrooms very bright and making it difficult to sleep.
