Luxury 2-Bed Apt - Heart of Bham

On first view it looked lovely and just what we were looking for.

Luxury in this case was only skin deep. Firstly and most upsetting was the human fingernail that was left on the small coffee table next to the settee. The fact that in our en-suite room there were two small hand towels and not larger towel between two of us for 2 days !! The mattress on our bed had a topper on it that is falling apart. The double wardrobe mirrors were filthy, we were going to clean them but decided against it, so it can still be seen. The tea towel in the kitchenette was used and wet and stained. The washing still being washed was a bit surreal, although the owner did ask if it was a problem, when in truth it actually wasn’t. Some of the crockery , ie dishes and cups had not been properly cleaned.

Clean spacious all the facailities we needed. Quite location near to the town

In a busy city, it was remarkably quiet. Not one sound was heard to disturb us, either by traffic or other residents. Nice & clean. Open plan style, so everything was at your fingertips. Not cramped or dingy. Light & welcoming. Not a problem to find or park.

A few more towels would’ve been nice… but no biggy.
