I left because of the disgusting and unsafe conditions. No refund has been given 😡

I was unable to stay in the property due to safety and hygiene concerns. I don’t expect stained bedding, hairs on bedding, rubbish on the floor, windows that don’t close fully, wardrobes full of suitcases with clothing in, unflushed toilets, a washing machine full of bedding and towels (which had what can only be described as a poo stain with hairs around it on. Bare in mind this had finished its wash and dry cycle), a plastic plant meted to a heater raising a major fire hazard, other people’s left over toiletries (including a used bar of soap), stains on the sofa, brown stain on cushions, marks on almost every wall, a odd smell that lingered on my clothes after only being in there a short trying to find alternative accommodation, no free parking as advertised, and then to be ignored my the owner and booking.com when asking for a refund.

Wouldnt waste your time and ruin your experience

The location and size were brilliant, beds were comfortable. But sadly that’s the only good thing that can be said about the whole experience with this property

Free parking stated on description before booking - when arriving, no spaces in the car park meaning we have had to park in the local NCP parking and pay £14 for 24 hours Upon check in, we arrived at 2:55 for check in at 3pm. We were advised that we would need to go to the local petrol station to collect the keys. We were given a code to give the kiosk to collect the keys. Upon arrival at the petrol garage to get the keys, the code was incorrect. We called the number on the booking 7+ times to which we have had no answer. It took us over 2 hours to check in. A gentleman turned up after we had been trying to check in for over an hour who turned out to be a cleaner and he had finished cleaning the property. This was 4:15 but check in was allowed from 3pm. This still took over an hour after this to get into the property. After getting through to the host after trying for over 2 hours, he advised that we got through to the host of the apartments in London and not the Birmingham host. He advised us that the wrong code was given to the wrong customer and this was a mistake on his behalf but nether the less, the apartment should have been ready for us to check in 3pm. We ended up getting into the apartment at 5:15 Washing machine stated in the advertisement of the apartment - had washing in and was on a 2.5 hour cycle with clothes / bedding of some sort in it left from the cleaner or previous people Upon hanging our clothes in the wardrobe, we came across a pair of dirty male boxers with poo stains in them. There were also 3 suitcases in the wardrobe covered with a quilt cover and full with clothes Toiletries stated in advertisement - upon arrival, there was 1 towel to share between 3 people and no toilet tissue. The toiletries that are here, they have dribbles left in but look like they have been left from previous customers. We called the host over 3.5 hours ago who said he would sort this for us.

Pleasant stay, would book again

Great central location, building is easy to find and I had a very pleasant stay. Grabbed a great deal so well worth the money for a city centre apartment.

Could’ve been cleaner, and a microwave and more kitchen essentials would’ve been useful. Some furniture could be upgraded.

Great value flat with extensive amenities.

Amazing value for money. The flat had lots of space and everything you need for a short stay. Huge flat screen tv, very nicely decorated bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Host responded to queries swiftly. Very clean and the building was peaceful at night with minimal disturbances despite being in a very central location.

Parking is paid but nearby.
