Would not stay there again.

Nick was very friendly and the location was good with local amenities. A good cafe for breakfast and a Tesco Express a short walk. The kitchen was nice with everything needed.

There is only off street parking, the driveway is too small for a car. The property was very cold, with damp patches on the walls. The upstairs shower had an horrible drain smell after having a shower. The beds were of poor quality with worn out sheets and poor quality pillows. Generally the property was very unclean.

Absolutely fantastic can’t wait to book this property again for our next visit to Birmingham

First of all the property is absolutely gorgeous and for a 3 bed house with garden etc the value was amazing, staying here meant that we could just relax no rushing around hotels or feeling the need to be quiet and leave early due to little one being a noisy boy in the mornings. Having had surgery recently having two bathrooms was very handy with the downstairs toilet/shower easily accessible,the landlord Nick was also very helpful and very friendly offering help or checking in on us via message to ensure we had no issues with our stay, the property is also located right next to shops and restaurants so grabbing bits for dinner was no issue and it is about 10-15 mins walk away from train station

The only bad thing I could say about the property is there was no bath available however saying that having two showers and two bathrooms definitely helped!
