Comfortable, clean and perfect for our needs

very clean and comforting. Had a problem with the boiler the first night however the host was execllent and came within 10 mintues and fixed it striaght away. everything was perfect.

Lovely properly overall.
Very spacious and had everything we needed.
The downstairs bathroom light trips out all the lights whenever you put it on so this light couldn’t be used. Everything else was good!

Pleasant
Fantastic location for Edgbaston Stadium, the property was very clean and tidy, lots of space for large groups. Great helpful book on the table for recommendations and rules of the property.
Due to the housing set up, can be noisy (neighbours were very loud), parking can be hard as it is a residential road and very limited parking.

Very neat and tidy in a great location for cricket ground
Very clean and new. Great location for stadium, literally 10 minute walk. Very comfortable beds.
Only 1 mirror, just a heads up :) Though I did mention it to the host, so hopefully, more have been added.
