The apartment is good and well located in a neighbourhood (Moseley) with lots of restaurants and cafes. The place is comfortable and spacious. The host (May) is very welcoming and friendly.
If you are a light sleeper, you may want to avoid booking room 1, which is directly above the restaurant, as you will hear the music playing until c. 10 pm.

The accommodation was comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The contact person was friendly and helpful and available on the phone for anything that I needed. I would stay there again for sure.
If you stay there on a Satrday night, as loud music is played in the restaurant below, it is best to reserve the top-floor room for a quieter environment.

Ideal location.
I was disappointed by the poor provision of facilities in the apartment. I’d have liked a small table beneath the TV to eat at, better kitchen equipment to cook with, a shelf in the bathroom for my washing kit, and a handle over the bath to make stepping in and out safer.
