Large Modern Apartment - High-Speed WiFi - Street Parking 3BR

Very well presented spacious property in a convenient location. Very clean and pleasant. Nice kitchenette with cooker, microwave, kettle, washer dryer, fridge freezer, pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses, cooking utensils, breakfast bar with 2 high stools. Very clever use of the space available. Included complimentary tea, coffee, milk, sugar. Extremely comfortable king size bed in a large bedroom with huge Netflix TV. Clothes rail with hangers, iron and ironing board, Comfy armchair. I made my booking quite late after 8pm and the hosts were very accommodating in getting the relevant information to me regarding access to keys etc. Bathroom was very clean with huge walk in shower, clean bathroom linen was provided, along with soap and shower gel. The touch light on the bathroom mirror was a nice feature. Very friendly neighbours in the adjoining apartments. All in all a super stay in a super property all at a very competitive price. Will definitely be booking again on future visits to Birmingham.

The only thing that was missing was cutlery, knives, forks, spoons. Although I may just of not found them lol. The only thing the property would benefit from would be a blind on the bathroom window, although it was of course opaque glass. Parking was a little sparse on road, but not by any means a deal breaker.

The apartment I was given wasn’t the right apartment that I have paid for aprtment 1 with dining room is what I had paid for and apartment 4 is what was given so make of that what you will but unfortunately I wasn’t able to stay in the apartment so had to rebook somewhere else
