Great views and original setting, but won't book again
Great views. Luxury armchairs in lounge. Washing machine. Great area downstairs to relax in. Games to play plus some dvds. All quilts and pillows are high quality.
The deck furniture is cheap and rusting and only three chairs for everyone. No Mirrors anywhere. Kitchen could be better equipped. No can opener or scissors. Two foot knife to cut tomatoes ! Could do with a small table to play the games. Very difficult to get into metre high beds. Need a step stool at least. Also a side lamp as cannot reach lights once you've climbed into bed. Shower functional, but you need to hold the shower head when using. A

Loved the location and the weather was fantastic, West Mersea is lovely. But I would not stay on houseboat Lorna again!!
