Was a perfect location for the wedding we were attending at East Mersea hall, the decking was lovely to sit on whilst enjoying a morning coffee, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Would have been nice if linen had been provided.

Very spacious, modern and well maintained
Unfortunately we had an issue with ants, it was the hottest weekend of the year and it can’t be helped.

Very Nice caravan , clean and comfortable, value for money
TV reception very poor, no WiFi, no facilities open this time of year, no shop locally need a car . Microwave didn’t work

Perfectly situated for the wedding we were attending.
The bed was uncomfortable, no WiFi so couldn’t check up on baby daughter very easily. But they did state this when we booked up, however would be nice to have WiFi there.
