Uninhabitable

No heating no hot water no means of cooking. Carbon monoxide alarm constantly going off. Owner answered one call but then nothing! Didn’t even stay one night

On arrival the Caravan looked amazing on the inside for the price..

#Poor Customer service and no help in emergency with faulty Gas, no heating, or Hot water or Electric yhat cut out repeatrdly. # No Gas # No Heating # No stable Electric # No Hot water Sadly had to leave early hours on arrival as Host was not helpful nor helped with the situation and refused to give a refund.. Stay clear of this accomadation as the host will take your money, and leave you in the cold, no hot water and elexteic that cuts out.. There is a reason the booking states no funds getying wealthy from rupping individuals off with faulty gas and electric.

Wonderful stay overall. We would book again, but probably in the summer

Very neat and comfortably furnished for the limited size.

Beyond the control of the owners but we were expecting some of the promoted community facilities to be open and weren’t warned about everything being closed. Not that it greatly affected our stay but my kids were looking forward to using the indoor pool and I chose this property because of its close vicinity to the aforementioned facilities. So perhaps better communication about what is open and closed. Also, having to pay extra for WiFi is not something we’re used to with other similar properties.

Some damage to the door in one of the bedrooms, but is from someone else. Didn't effect the stay. Cleaning all good around the area, but the flor in the kitchen was very dirty. We was wearing white socks, they turn in to a black.

Relaxing break

Been a lot of times to Coopers Beach and the food is good but a little expensive.Entertainment complex is great for our 3 year old grandson.

Very good stay

Caravan is in a perfect location for people with kids or with mobility issues as it is near to play park and opposite entrances to the shop, clubhouse, arcades and the pool. Also right near the seafront. Nice caravan overall, it was clean and nicely decorated. Excellent for parking.

Caravan had some damage to bedroom doors from previous guests, which was a little unsightly but it did not effect our stay.

Not really worth the money.

It had two toilets

There was a hair in the bed, not sure if bedding was changed looked dirty. Bath mat and hand towel were soaking wet when we arrived at 10:30pm. One of the bedroom doors looks like it had been kicked and punched, including the wall at the bottom. Front door was broken at the bottom so kept sticking. Door handle on the shower room is loose and moved up and down managed to get myself locked in for a bit. One of the single beds weirdly has a cupboard built over it so it literally comes out over the bed at the end (I would say maybe a foot off the bed). Not much room for a travel cot.

It was clean and well maintained , it was so close to the entertainment area and pool which was very good for us , we would love to return soon.

We could not find any hairdryer , so bring yours if you think will need one

Stay was comfortable but some areas were dirty and location not ideal

The caravan was comfortable Oven was very dirty and needed to be cleaned before use One of the bedroom door had a crack across it so not able to close it. It is also located an across from the clubhouse so not suitable for young children or elderly.
