Very comfortable relaxing holiday and the caravan was fully equipped with everything needed

Great value short break to recharge the batteries in a good location

There was everything we needed in caravan. It was cosy and well equipped. The location on the park was excellent. The fleecy bottom sheets floored us, but Dani explained and she was right - they are lovely and cosy on a chilly night.

We struggled with the shower and found it impossible to keep at a good temperature - maybe it was our incompetence?

Brilliant, definitely recommend

The property was really clean with lots of nice little extras to make it feel homey. The host was very quick to reply to any messages and we had a wonderful time here, would definitely stay again.

Just one slight issue, the shower was really hot. We followed the instructions re the boiler but couldn’t seem to turn the heat down enough. We managed to hop in & out though.

Above family weekend away.

The caravan was lovely, clean and spacious, we would come here again, there was also a lovely breeze, Coopers beach park was lovely and we paid extra to enjoy the swimming pool.

Only thing that we didn’t enjoy was the fluffy bedsheets as it was very warm when we stayed.

Lovely spacious large private balcony and homely well equipped caravan in a lovely area of the site.

Provision of a Nespresso machine would have been an added bonus.

Not that pleasant and only stayed one day and 2 nights not the 3 er were booked for

The caravan balcony did not wrap around the van so there were steps from door out and a walk to balcony with more steps ,this may have been mentioned in info and we didn't see it.Having mobility problems I couldn't really leave the van and was a great effort to to take my dog for toilet times .The drinking glasses were all just odds and sods and only 2 very worn plastic wine glasses I had to ask a friend to bring 2 when she came round.The cups were the same just odd old ones. I think the van can hold 6 people it would be nice to have at least enough for them that matched.The wifi was terrible and the remote for TV wouldn't work.

Excellent location, come prepared :)

Very well appointed, with nice little touches including coffee/tea/sugar and treats for doggo :) Although we didn't use it, the air fryer was a great touch, and would have been used if we stayed longer

Wifi was a little sketchy, even though we paid for premium service, the weather really put a dent it (it didn't help we were 100yds from the coast at the back end of a storm. Site shop was also closed, so it's a 15min drive into Mersea for supplies.

Very poor

The location

The beds most of them not suitable for adults and the shower was just a trickle . Two of us did not sleep much the first night or the second. Hence we left a day early.

Lovely little get away

The location, very close to the beach. Good parking availability. Very clean and cosy. Decorated with care and thoughtfulness. Contained everything that was needed for a weekend. Good communication and excellent response with the owners. Everything was well maintained and in very good condition.

Nothing to be true. The receptionist could have been a little friendlier but other than that we had no issues.

Exceptional!!!

Everything! This is actually the loveliest caravan we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a lot. Exceptionally clean, cosy and the decor is perfect and so tasteful. Owners are very friendly and answer messages quickly and efficiently. Mersea is a beautiful place and this caravan park is lovely. I've never stayed in a caravan where the heating is just so efficient, the bed linen was so cosy like sleeping on a teddy bear! Excellent WiFi, every part of the caravan was spotless. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to everyone. Didn't use the park facilities as they were closed, but that was expected at this time of year, but I would like to come back another time when the park is properly open. We couldn't leave Mersea island because the tide came in and the road disappeared into the sea! However, it was an amazing experience to 'sea' that happen...sorry, poor joke!😂 So we went and had lunch in a lovely pub down the road until the tide went out....note to self and to others, next time check tide times!!

Conveniently on the island I wanted to revisit. would have been magical if I had a sea view. Having option of extra bed, no worries if we had alcoholic.

Hard to find in such a big park. It would be good to be given more direction because the GPS brings you to the park but the street names in the park do not show all streets.
