Cold, muddy and isolated

Spacious lounge with quickly warming fire place, popcorn, Roses chocs and Rose wine. Functioning shower. Towel (stated would not be one) TV (no digital box connected or wifi connection apparent)

It would be helpful to warn future customers arriving in winter to bring their own thermal underclothes, duvets or blankets (very thin, small duvet and one throw provided not sufficient for winter and door doesn't fit in door frame so cold air streams in), Air fryer (oven is gas but all dials are for electric cooker so challenging to cook accurately - could possible have gas filling the van when turning the oven to 180 degrees and waiting for it to warm up, assuming it's electric) washing up liquid (1cm provided in the 89p bottle, which is probably why the frying pan was not washed up - bottom of cupboard on right of oven, unclean cups), hand soap (bottle in main bedroom ensuite is full of water?!), portable comfortable chair -stools in lounge are unstable, and Wellington Boots as whole area is very muddy with no pathway or parking nearby so have to trudge back and forth across the grass with belongings

Spotlessly clean, easy to get in and a lovely site with a little beach not far away.

Lovely clean Mobile Home, shower worked well all the kitchen things you need for a short stay. The goodies were a bonus - especially the Mersea Beer ! Checking in with the key safe was easy (make sure you have your glasses as numbers are small !) Found it nice and quiet so a nice stay. Will definately be back again.

Lovely caravan, shame about the site.

The caravan was very clean and well situated at the back of the park near the woods. There was a lovely welcome basket including thoughtful items such as mosquito bracelets which the children loved.

The neighbours! We were kept up till 4am on our first night by a party in a nearby caravan. Apparently security patrol the property though the night but the party was ridiculously loud with blasting music till 4am with no one stopping them.

Lovely place to stay

It was very warm and welcoming with lovely furnishings and a welcome goodie basket which was a lovely touch. The owners were very quick to sort out any issues (no gas on arrival) and pleasant to speak to. Would recommended!

Only complaint ( which wasn't anyone's fault) is that the home was set back off the road on the grass and as it was raining heavily that weekend it turned very boggy, so we were covered in mud each time we left the static caravan.

Early check available from 1pm an added bonus. Caravan was clean and well presented. Instructions/ directions were all easy to follow. Very comfortable for a family of 6. Added benefits of the beach and park facilities made our stay worth the while. Definitely coming back...

Nothing to dislike...just a note of some difficulties with setting up the TV. Probably slow WiFi. Gived up in the end but it was a welcomed change to entertain each other and spend more quality time as a family.

lovely spacious caravan , easy to find . Had everything we needed , tea, coffee , sugar, washing up liquid etc . Lots of storage . nice area to sit outside .

Indoor pool is really handy on a wet day, outdoor Astro football was good too! Entertainment was enjoyable & playground was clean.

Tables sometimes weren’t clear in the pub. You couldn’t use cash in laundry area.
