Morsh Luxury Caravan Getaway

The location is brilliant,front sea view,the peace and quiet ☺️

The wifi connection since the place is Abit remote our phones didn't have service at all but other than that everything was brilliant

The caravan has everything you need for a comfortable stay

We travelled to the caravan from Oxford for a birthday trip to Colchester zoo for my 2 year old. The caravan was lovely one of the rooms is a little tight between the beds but was perfect just for sleeping in. The caravan was clean clear and well equipped with everything we needed. Was in a great spot for going to the beach or entertainment complex if you wanted to. Was plenty of space in the open plan living and eating area and was modern to. Cleaning supplies and bedding was provided to so we could change and empty bins ourselves for example. Instructions before arrival were really good to. The owner of the caravan itself was on hand at the end of the phone and was prompt at replying to any issues. He was very helpful. Would stay again The instructions on where the caravan was a little vague but if it hadn't of been for the basket ball court that the hist mentioned in corresspondance I wouldnt have found it. There were other famillies on the park looking for their van to.

The caravan park itself is not very well run and the signage is awful. It took a while to find the caravan not because of host directions but because of the park signage. It is unclear whether the caravan is on the conifers or any other name of sections in the park. And the numbers are hard to see especially at night.The staff in the entertainment bit were all unhappy and never smiled. We didnt go to use the facilities on the park but would have been nice if they were accomedating. Only one thing to note about the caravan was the beading in the hall between double room and left room is missing and caught my outfit on a tac sticking out. Signal is quite bad as its remote area. Park free wifi is really bad unless you pay for it. Luckily we brought our own mobile Internet for the kids tablets.

Loved the caravan it was very pretty very modern. Great location. Great location next to park and beach etc just a heads up it’s not the cleanest beach

No WiFi, wasn’t able to purchase it and while we were there for 3 days we had no phone unless standing outside the caravan or at the beach. NO AIR CON- we stayed on a very hot weekend and there was no air con and it was 41 degrees in the caravan would either recommend getting one for the caravan or taking one if you’re booking for a holiday There was no chopping board. No outside seating area so take camping chairs with you also Front door is very stiff and hard to open You have to pay for swimming passes for a pool that’s only open at certain times throughout the day and you Have to go there at a certain time to Que but if they have let 42 people in you’ll be turned away as they can’t have anymore people in there. Be prepared to he treated different by the reception staff because it’s through booking.com when we arrived, there was a gentleman standing in front of me who had booked one of the hot tub lodges. He was given a whole information pack about the site the Swimming times information about the restaurant when I arrived to buy passes because you have to buy passes to swim which quite frankly I wouldn’t bother because you can’t even get a space because they have a maximum capacity of 42 people only they asked were we checking in and I said yes we booked via Booking.com the Lady said we have nothing to do with Booking.com I can give you the passes gave me no information of where to drive roughly where the caravan was. Just told that it was nothing to do with them.
