Nice caravan, but wifi and beds let it down

The place was very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pots, pans, cups etc. The extra toilet connected to main bedroom was a bonus. Bathroom very spacious. Great shower!

We had issues with the wifi. At arrival it wasn't working but I texted the owner who quickly rectified. After one day it stopped working and we were told that we used all the data. The owner then advised that they loaded another 20GB for £20. Not sure why I needed to know that information, I just needed it to work. Then after 2 days, viola, it stopped again. I had to message again. I travelled with my 3 teenage children all with their own devices, so I would expect free unlimited WiFi as standard. They loaded another 20GB which lasted. My 15 year old was quite uncomfortable in the single bed. We tried using the pull out couch for my 13 year old, but the mattress is so thin, that it was impossible to sleep on it. We eventually left a day early as they found the sleeping arrangements too uncomfortable. I would suggest that a family with much younger children would enjoy this accommodation more.

A beautiful caravan.

This caravan was amazing! We loved it! It was clean and comfortable, just as shown in the photos. Everything looked brand new actually. The double bedroom had an en-suite. There was another bedroom with twin beds. There was a separate bathroom with shower. The kitchen was kitted out with absolutely everything you could need for cooking in the caravan. There was also a microwave (I think a previous review said there wasn’t one). The fridge had a small freeze box as well. There were four of us, two adults and two children and there was plenty of room for us all. We were looking for a quiet place for a break for a few days and this was perfect. In terms of the camp site itself, there is a tiny camp shop, a fish and chips shop and then a large restaurant. The restaurant had a little amusement arcade. We ate in there and food was lovely. It also did take away which was very handy. The beach was very close by. If you want to leave the campsite then you can drive to some little grocery shops and there was also a park. We would definitely recommend this caravan and the campsite. We have a child with autism and this place was not at all overwhelming for him. Communication with the caravan owners was great as well.

the accommodation and facilities provided were excellent very clean and welcoming The location was great near the beach with a restaurant and bar on site

there wasn't anything not to like except could do with a door mat to stop grass being walked in and a microwave peovided would be handy

It was very clean and comfortable. A great source of information was provided about the local area too which was helpful.

Washing liquid but nothing else available to use to wash up with ie sponge or cloth. BBQ available for use but no utensils or tongs to cook with.

Disappointed no microwave Wifi was turned off at 12 am and check out was 10 am on the same day, so left all night with no wifi.
