- appartement bien équipé - grande douche - 2 chambres bien dimensionné - la localisation est absolument parfaite - les bons plans sur certains restaurants du coin - communication claire - très bon rapport qualité / prix

- les parties communes (hall, escaliers) sont salles / dégradés - les chambres meritent des fenetres / volets de meilleure qualité et mieux isolés

Il est bien placé, bien équipé

Pas de place de parking et parking très cher, beaucoup de bruits même fenetre fermée, il y avait des cheveux par terre à plusieurs endroits à notre arrivé

Emplacement très bien centré dans Poitiers, et à une dizaine de km du futuroscope.

Chauffe-eau pas enclenché à notre arrivée. Code de boîte à clef soit-disant envoyé mais jamais reçu dans l'app booking, ni dans les mails ou spams. Matelas plus large que le lit, cadre de lit en piteux état, un seul couteau normal (tous les autres sont des couteaux à steak). Immeuble vétuste, porte d'entrée de l'immeuble à déverrouiller avec la clef, bonjour la sécurité en cas d'incendie!!! Un bout du cadre de la porte nous tombe dessus en arrivant!

Brudno, widać że niesprzątane, w salonie dużo sierści na dywanach Pościel raczej nie jest prana po każdym gościu W kuchni oprócz brudu to nie ma niczego, poza kilkoma talerzami czy kubkami, które też były brudne. Z lodówki ciągle się lała woda i śmierdziało z niej. Łóżka to bardziej prycze więzienne. Przy stole w kuchni nie da się jeść bo jest bardzo mało stabilne Jak na takie "standardy" to cena jest bardzo wysoka
