It is 5 minutes away from Sainte Radegonde and 10 minutes away from other attractions, like the Saint Peter Cathedral and the Museum, Planetarium and Baptisterium.It is really close to the Escalier des Dunes, which offers a nice perspective on the city. It was cool in high heat in the summer, naturally, because of its proximity to the river and the hilly ridge. The kitchen is equipped. It opens on an inner garden and one of the neighbors plays Spanish guitar and if you leave the window open, it is lovely. Sometimes the garden is visited by a grey cat, please feed it if you can, she doesn't seem to have a regular source of food.
I was always cold, even if outside it was super warm. The room is naturally a bit cool and damp and smells of mould. The top mattress is made from cheap sponge and it will kill your back. If the owner doesn't provide something more human friendly, I suggest you take it down and sleep on the remaining mattress. There is a dehumidifier, but it doesn't work well. The owner has automatized the welcome process and hence doesn't accommodate requests to check in early. I could never close the front door with the key provided, there seems to be a technique to it, but I could never figure it out.

Le cadre est très sympathique, la cuisine est bien fournie pour pouvoir cuisinier.
Il y a 3 appartements en location dans le même immeuble dommage et j’ai eu le 3eme dont il n’y a pas sur l’annonce je trouve ça un peu dommage de ne pas mettre de photos sur l’annonce. la porte d’entrée avait un peu de mal à fermer. Quand je suis rentrée dans le logement il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité, je pense que c’est un problème de l’appartement car il y a un appareil déshumidificateur dans l’appartement. Cela rendait l’odeur très dérangeante à force. La literie est à revoir sur le canapé, les matelas ne sont pas très confortables. Il y a avait de la décoration cassée et des trous dans les murs mais qui doivent être dus à d’anciens mœurs.

plutôt satisfait, je garde cet établissement de côté pour une prochaine fois
l'emplacement est bien situé avec un accès rapide au centre ville et aussi à la promenade le long du Clain ce qui est plutôt pratique est agréable.
Juste certains locataires sans gène très bruyants mais surement exceptionnel pour les fêtes

Le logement était très propre et très bien agencé. Nous ne sommes pas resté bien longtemps mais tout était parfait.
