Déçue

On avait deux chambres

Le logement était très sale à notre arrivée : murs, vaisselle et placards, avec présence de toiles d’araignée. Le logement est annoncé pour 5 personnes, mais le canapé de la salle à manger est très inconfortable et la vaisselle n’est pas suffisante pour 5 (absence de grand faitout). Nous sommes également arrivés sans chauffage, sans explication pour le mettre en marche, et avons dû contacter le service. Un dédommagement m’a été proposé, mais je n’ai encore rien reçu.

Da localização. Do facto de ter estacionamento à porta e de ser um local sossegado.

Sem dúvida da limpeza. Encontramos pensos usados debaixo da cama, lixo debaixo do armário da televisão da sala, a gaveta dos talheres está cheia de gordura, a louça mal lavada. Em relação às camas, os lençóis estão velhos dando um aspecto de que não estão lavados e encontramos alguns cabelos. Penso que apesar do apartamento ser já um pouco antigo se a limpeza e a manutenção de pequenas coisas fossem melhor, teria tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia.

Apartamento espaçoso, silêncio dos vizinhos.

Falta de ventiladores(apartamento muito quente), a limpeza não estava 100%(havia muita sujeira embaixo das camas), péssima localização(longe demais da gare, centre ville, mercado e comércio).
