Very convenient, however hygiene wise needs some improvement.

The location is really nice, close to the center and to the train station.

The mattress of the sofabed was in a miserable condition, we opened it to sleep on it but we couldn't. The towels were dirty and not clean enough.

Do not recommend staying at that property

The shower was dirty. An odor (a mix of mold and cigarette) was lingering in the living room. I noticed massive mold stains on the ceiling and underneath the kitchen sink and some kitchen cabinets. I found a cereal bowl that was used as an ash-tray, was not cleaned up after use and then put back in the cabinet. Hopefully I won't get crabs...

L’appartement était très lumineux et spacieux, et très proche de la gare, ce qui était un grand avantage pour moi. Le grand lit était confortable aussi, et la douche était spacieuse.

L'appartement est agréable et propre. Lit confortable. Il est bien situé pour accéder au centre ville à pied. De plus il y a une place de parking.

Le bruit de la ventilation est trop important. Ce serait bien d'avoir des bols, une verseuse avec filtre, une lampe de chevet dans la chambre Nous n'avons pas trouver de balai / ramasse poussière.

Le logement était globalement correct.

Le logement est un peu sombre. L'électricité ne fonctionnait pas dans la cuisine à cause d'un problème au niveau du compteur : impossibilité d'utiliser les équipements. Les portes coulissantes de la salle de bain et de la chambre ne sont pas très pratiques ni bien ajustées.

Correct pour un court séjour

À proximité immédiate de la gare, emplacement idéal. Autonomie pour accéder au logement. Le centre-ville est accessible à pied. Logement fonctionnel, et bien rangé.

Le sol de la cuisine et de la salle de bains était rempli de fourmis. Néanmoins, contacté par SMS, le propriétaire a répondu rapidement pour nous proposer un nettoyage complémentaire, que nous avons décliné (notre séjour durait uniquement 1 nuit). Merci tout de même pour la proposition. Plus tard nous avons constaté également la présence de fourmis dans les serviettes de bain. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de draps dans l’armoire pour le canapé lit … l’un des deux occupants a dû dormir à même le matelas du canapé, et avec la couette sans housse. Point d’amélioration : prévoir des rideaux ou voilages aux fenêtres pour préserver l’intimité des hôtes.

L’amabilité et la discrétion des hôtes. La situation de l’appartement par rapport au centre ville. L’espace: l’appartement est vaste .

Trop peu de vaisselle qui ne permet pas de cuisiner pour une famille. L’extrême humidité des lieux qui s’avère rédhibitoire après quelques jours. L’odeur d’humidité qui s’imprègne, les vêtements lavés qui ne sèchent pas et sentent mauvais.
