It was excellent. Only the shower needs attention.

Excellent Location, cute, luminous, good number of tv channels. Owner is flexible and communicates well.

The shower is clogged therefore the water overflows into the bathroom.

Relatively inexpensive reflecting the size and facilities available. Location close to Poitiers centre.

The bed was not long enough for me as I am 1.8m tall. I would still have booked if I knew the length of bed, due to price. The TV was not working. The host did visit on request to try to sort the connection but was not able to fix it. It might have been a previous guest who caused a connectivity problem. A few additional items would be useful - bread board/cutting board, tongs, larger pillows.

Ne correspond pas à son titre

Son emplacement

La température très froide dans l’appartement, la vaisselle ( notamment la poêle ) très usagée et impossible à utiliser , la TV qui ne fonctionne pas et des explications peu claires et qui reposent sur le locataire ; l’absence de lessive pour la machine à laver , le bruit de la box dans la chambre .

Très belle ville à visiter avec plusieurs sites

Emplacement à 2 pas de l'hôtel de ville et du centre, quartier calme et reposant, L'appartement est très agréable et optimisé pour un séjour à 1 ou 2. Escalier etroit et en colimaçon pour accéder à l'appartement lumineux au 2 èm étage, salle de bain et toilette dans la chambre séparés par un rideau, l'été pas de clim mais un bon ventilateur. J'ai bien aimé mon séjour jspr y revenir.

Un minuscule chauffage pour tout l'appartement, nous sommes tombés malades car le logement était extrêmement froid. Le titre parle d'une magnifique escale, ne vous y méprenez pas, c'est plutôt la froide escale.

Emplacement à deux pas du centre-ville Arrivée autonome Libération du logement à 12h00 Logement plutôt bien équipé Wi-Fi à disposition Linge de toilette et draps fournis

Arrivée un 28 décembre, température extérieure 2 degrés et le chauffage n'est pas allumé ! Il n'est pas baissé mais carrément sur zéro. Seul un petit sèche serviette tente de tempérer la salle d'eau. Il n'y a pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Passage d'air froid par la porte d'entrée. Seul un rideau sépare la salle d'eau/WC de la chambre. Etat/propreté du logement moyen (joints douche, lunette WC, draps tachés, etc..

Plein centre et on y retournera

Appartement à deux pas du centre ville. Toutes les commodités accessibles à pied. Equipement complet (il manque juste une louche pour la soupe). Logement très propre et décoration originale. Bonne connection internet même si le mdp pourrait être plus simple.

Dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de place de parking dédié mais les parkings publiques sont proches. Il faudrait signaler l'étroitesse de l'escalier qui pourrait empêcher les gens, ayant des difficultés de marche, d'accéder au logement.
