Studio situé à 15 - 20 min du Futuroscope et à 5 - 10 min du centre ville de Poitiers. Idéal pour séjour de durée, compatible avec des jeunes enfants.
Calme et propre, l'hôte a été disponible à la dernière minute pour nous mettre le logement à disposition 3h après la réservation. Les lits étaient faits, ce qui est très appréciable après une longue journée au Futuroscope.
A revoir juste la fixation du pommeau de douche qui tenait pas mais rien de rédhibitoire.

Petit appartement, idéal pour deux personnes pour passer une ou deux nuits à Poitiers. La place de parking est un plus, et le centre ville est proche

Good location, 15min walk to the town centre. Room was very clean and tidy, basic amenities like coffee pods were provided. Very cheap price, value for money.
The space was actually quite small, the sofa bed opens to a very small bed. This place is okay for 2 people but definitely too cram for 4 persons. The place looks bigger in the pictures so it was a bit of a "shock" when we arrived. However given its cheaper price i think overall it was okay.
It was not too easy to locate the apartment and the parking numbers have "faded".

Es un apartamento muy bien aprovechado. La parte de cocina está muy bien equipada y proporciona productos como rollo, lavavajillas y menaje suficiente. Esta ordenado y limpio.
Para dos personas es correcto.
El edificio se ve como abandonado y da sensación de inseguridad ya que la zona también es un barrio muy apartado.
Está bastante lejos del centro.
Hacia un calor horroroso y siendo una reserva para dos adultos y un niño sólo nos proporcionaron una torre-ventilador por lo que no se podía dar aire a todos. Las ventanas no se podían abrir porque no hacían el giro completo de apertura y era peligroso por si nos golpeabamos, a parte que estaban bastante sucias.
