Well equipped apartment in a quiet area with parking outside. Ideal for our stopover. It’s a 20 minute uphill walk to the town which did not bother us but may not suit everyone.

The flat was on a quiet road and was within walking distance of a restaurant and a shop. The proprietor was very helpful as he came around to help us sort out our internet connection.

Logement correspondant à la description, arrivée autonome et explications claires. Logement adapté pour 1 couple et deux enfants après une bonne journée au futuroscope. Lieu calme et paisible. Aucuns bruits ne nous a dérangé durant la nuit. Rien à dire, nous conseillons. 👍

Buena relación calidad precio para alojarse en Poitiers

Buena relación con el anfitrión, nos mandó claras instrucciones para el aparcamiento y entrar en la habitación. La habitación bien equipada, limpia y con todo tipo de facilidades, incluida lavadora. Perfecto para pasar un par de dias en Poitiers. Nosotros lo utilizamos para ir a Futuroscope

Séjour correct avec quelques désagréments.

L'emplacement proche du centre-ville. La place de parking. L'extrême propreté des lieux et du linge (lit et serviettes). La taille du logement est parfaite pour deux personnes, sûrement trop juste pour quatre personnes (table/bar très petite).

La VMC très bruyante. Un problème de ballon d'eau chaude réglé que le lendemain (2 jours sur 3 à l'eau froide du coup) dû au tableau électrique vétuste. Une dernière nuit compliquée à cause d'un voisinage très bruyant jusque 1h30 du matin. Le Futuroscope est plutôt à 25 min que 15 min.

Un très joli petit appartement

Logement extrêment bien conçu. Petit mais parfait pour un week-end à deux. Nous avons juste pris le petit déjeuner mais il est suffisamment équipé pour cuisiner. Le lit est confortable ainsi que le petit sofa. Le quartier est calme ainsi que la résidence (quasiment vide). Une place de parking est disponible. La salle de bain est petite mais très fonctionnelle et le tout est d'une grande propreté. Le linge fourni est de qualité. Bref, c'était parfait pour le temps que nous avions besoin d'y passer. Je recommande fortement.

NOS SENTIMOS ENGAÑADOS Y ESTAFADOS.

Nada que pudiese gustarnos. Nos hemos sentido engañados y estafados.

Las reducidas dimensiones del apartamento que no llega a 18 m2 y que se anuncia con capacidad para seis personas, cuando en realidad cuenta con una "cama doble" y un incómodo "sofá cama". Sus reducidas dimensiones lo hacen agobiante para los tres viajeros que nos alojamos. El cuarto de baño es de reducidas dimensiones y carece de enchufe eléctrico y con presión baja en la ducha. Las luces de la cocina-saloncito y del único dormitorio sin puerta no funcionaban. Solo hay dos sillas (creemos que no hay espacio para otra más), lo que obliga a colocar el equipaje encima de la cama o en el suelo. Incomodidad total. Y no hablemos de la suciedad acumulada en la escalera de acceso y en las paredes de dicha escalera. En resumen, cutre en todos los sentidos. Booking.com debería supervisar los alojamientos que anuncia y por todo ello haremos la oportuna reclamación.
