Perfect location, fine for a short stay.

Great location, close to the train station which was handy for our visit to Futuroscope, and a short walk to the centre.

Mostly ok for a short stay, there were some cockroaches though in the bathroom and cloakroom.

The flat is very cosy, the beds are really comfortable, and the location is handy for our route. Everything was clean and tidy. There is a private parking place next to the building, which is very useful. I recommend it.

The apartment was incredibly well supplied and appointed, having every convenience. The flat was immaculately clean. The location was very good (right across from the train station). I would definitely stay again.

My only regret is that we only had one night in Poitiers. We were passing through on a business trip to Spain.

Todo bien excepto la limpieza

Me gustó mucho la ubicación. Me gusto lo amplio del apartamento. Me gustó que tuviera lavaplatos y lavadora. Me gustó el colchón.

no me gustó que fuera un bajo a pie de ascensor (en ningún momento lo comentaron) con poca luz. No me gustó que la vitro estuviera llena de pegotes que no se han limpiado nunca. No me gustó que las sartenes, cazos y cazuelas estuvieran totalmente desgastadas imposibles de usar. No me gustó que el estropajo y la balleta del fregadero estuvieran usados (secos y viejos), creo que para cada cliente nuevo habría que poner un estropajo y una balleta nuevos. No me gustó que la escoba casi no tuviera cerdas (totalmente echa polvo). Los armarios de la cocina por dentro estaban sucios, con restos de comida. La toallas del baño olian a limpio pero tenian manchas que se ve que no se quitan; estaban muy usadas. Había cucarachas pequeñas todos los dias, en el baño, en la cocina e incluso, un día dentro de las sábanas. A la llegada nos costó encontrar el garaje, siguiendo las instrucciones (estaban en francés y el traductor no traducía bien del todo), y el número de la parcela estaba escondido entre la maleza (creo que podian cortar un poco la hierba que tapa la placa). Pienso que con alguna foto sería más fácil.

Cucarachas, arañas y polvo por todas partes. Sartenes ralladas y sucias

La ubicación y que tiene parking privado

Las abundantes cucarachas por toda la casa, las arañas y telarañas, la suciedad y el polvo. El dueño no ha querido solucionar el problema y no ha querido reembolsarme parte del importe, como compensación por la mala experiencia. Las sartenes y cacerolas todas súper sucias y ralladas. No pudimos utilizarlas. Tuvimos que comprar sartenes, para poder utilizar la cocina. Solo dejó un rollo de papel higiénico, no hay gel en los baños, ni pastillas para el lavavajillas, por lo que también tuvimos que ir a comprar. Tienes que ir a comprar de todo, para poder utilizar los electrodomésticos. En el anuncio, el dueño, tendría que avisar de que hay lavadora, lavavajillas, y cocina, pero que hay que comprar detergente, pastillas, y sartenes para utilizar el apartamento. Y que solo deja un rollo de papel higiénico Tienes que perder medio día de tu estancia en hacer la compra. También estaría bien que en el anuncio avisara de que hay cucarachas por toda la casa. Es un problema que puede pasar a cualquiera, pero estaría bien avisar.

Muy decepcionante

Que tuviera parking aunque la plaza es extremadamente estrecha y había que hacer números para salir del coche. Secadora muy funcional.

Por donde empezar: 1- infestado de cucarachas, sino maté 15 ....me quedo corto...y de cualquier miembro familiar....hijas, madres y abuelas ...y de todos los colores. 2- sabanas manchadas que es mejor no saber su procedencia. 3- la entrada al piso olía mal, pero muy mal......daban náuseas....mi hijo contenía la respiración desde la calle hasta llegar al piso.(Literal...no estoy exagerando) 4- limpieza general no era mala ni buena....simplemente no existía....las ventanas eran modernas pero deben de llevar desde que las instalaron sin limpiar. 5- el propietario......no respondió ni un solo mensaje a las preguntas realizadas.....ahora eso sí.....para pedir una buena votación si..... 6- y por último..... gracias tb a Booking por arruinarme las vacaciones con mi familia...ya que yo había contactado con ellos para informar de que los últimos comentarios del apartamento eran malos, que al momento de finalizar la cancelación gratuita no estaban y no me han dado solución alternativa si el problema de la limpieza y la plaga de cucarachas persistía. LE PUSE BIEN CLARO QUE UN MIEMBRO DE MI FAMILIA LE TENIA FOBIA A LAS CUCARACHAS. (Arañas también a había) Por cierto.,...nunca me pasó esto con ninguna reserva..,...y viajo bastante.....es mi primera reseña negativa, quiero decir.....que no soy el típico quisquilloso.

Muy básico. Difícil el check in.

Me gustó que tenía aparcamiento cerrado. Aunque el número de la plaza resultó difícil de encontrar y el espacio para el coche era muy, muy, pequeno.

El apartamento no tiene de nada. Únicamente un rollo de papel higiénico. Ni gel de ducha, ni jabón de manos, ni servilletas, ni toallas de manos (solo toallas de ducha). Las almohadas son malas. La entrada no es fácil. Es muy lioso el sistema de entrada con acceso a las llaves. Mucho. El personal atendió mis preguntas pero con dificultades. No repetiría.

Pésimo y nada recomendable

La ubicación.

Falta de comunicación con el propietario ya que no respondía mis mensajes. Muy sucio, mal olor y con cucarachas, arañas y otros insectos en todas las estancias. Menaje de la cocina asqueroso. Toallas con mal olor y viejas. Sin wifi durante los días que estuvimos y no se nos compensó de ninguna manera ni se intento solucionar el problema. Dadas las circunstancias solicitamos salir un día antes de lo previsto y que se nos devolviera la parte proporcional y no tuvimos respuesta del propietario. Aún así, sabiendo que no recuperaríamos el dinero, abandonamos el alojamiento porque era insostenible seguir en esas condiciones con nuestros tres hijos. Adjunto fotos de algunas de las cosas de las que comento aunque tengo muchísimas más. Nada recomendable y no entiendo cómo puede estar un alojamiento en esas condiciones en la plataforma de Booking.

Emplacement impeccable pour départ vers le Futuroscope et vers l'hyper centre de Poitiers.
