We would happily stay at this apartment again! It was tasteful, spotless, convenient, comfortable!

We experienced unexpected difficulties receiving phone communications before arriving at the apartment, but our hostess went out of her way to ensure that we had easy access to the apartment by meeting us at the apartment herself when we arrived. Then she graciously showed us in, showed us the apartment, and helped us to correct the difficulties that had prevented communication. This helpfulness was deeply appreciated.

The hostess's hospitality was beyond expectation! Although we stayed only briefly at this apartment, she provided basic kitchen supplies that ensured our comfort. And on the day we left the apartment when our transportation cancelled, she graciously allowed us to remain at the property until our new ride arrived. As seniors from a different country, this was greatly appreciated.

Excellent experience

First of all, I had one of the best hosts possible. The appartment had a special vibe, it was clean, near the train station and I could walk to the city center. Coffee was provided. I received a booklet with clear information about the town and other booklet about attractions were in the hallway. The bed was reaaally comfy.

A very comfortable stay in great location.

Excellent location, convenient for both the railway station and all that Poitiers has to offer - which is a lot! Veronique, the owner, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Poitiers, including where to park for free, and gave us a fan to use during the very hot weather. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and having the use of the terrace to eat outside was a bonus. As well as having a dishwasher to deal with the plates afterwards!

An excellent short stay

My host was very helpful on arrival and gave lots of advice about where to go, restaurants, etc. The apartment was a close walk to the city centre, although lots of stairs! A great trip all around and would definitely come back.

Friendly and helpful host and cosy apartment. great for short stay. Close to the railway station. If you don’t mind walking uphill / stairs and a little distance the old town is walkable.

It is located along the main road and is very noisy if the window is left open. to get a parking spot along the curb is a lottery. We found parking a little further away with the help of the host. Closest outlet to get any food or drink is the railway station.

Superb

Spacious, very clean, quiet apartment close to train station. Very well equipped for self catering. The kitchen is compact but adequate to cook meals. Very comfy bed and good shower. The outside space is pleasant with chairs and table and loungers. The location allows you to access the old town via the escalators or the staircase at the end of the street. Short taxi to the airport. Veronique goes out of her way to help make your stay the best it can be.

Great value for money in perfect quiet location close to rail and bus stations and airport - as well as city centre. Spotlessly clean and well equipped by experienced and professional owner. Excellent communications with owner and lift to and from airport in hot weather.

Steep open stairs up to bedroom and coved roof over one side of bed would make this flat unsuitable for some people.

Un parfait plongeon dans l'appartement Neptune 😉

L'accueil chaleureux de Véronique et les petites attentions dans le logement de sa part (les compotes au frigo, le tiroir avec des indispensables pour grignoter ou cuisiner, les gels douches et shampoing). La décoration du logement Neptune, la qualité des équipements, la literie de la chambre. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût et de chaleur. On y sent une belle énergie et de la personnalité dans ce lieu. L'emplacement dans Poitiers , vers la gare, avec possibilité de parking (horodateur) en bas de l'immeuble (petit collectif à 3 logements seulement)

Week-end poitevin

L'appartement était propre et très bien meublé et équipé. L'agencement et la déco était super. L'accueil était très sympathique. L'emplacement est top : à côté de la gare, d'une rue où l'on peut se garer gratuitement et proche du centre. Nous sommes restés le temps du week-end mais ça convient parfaitement pour un plus long séjour.

Pour trouver quelque chose à dire : l'escalier pour aller dans la chambre craque. Et attention si on est très grand, la chambre est vraiment en sous pente.

Pour se garer accès très facile, très bon accueil de la propriétaire avec plusieurs brochures , nous informant de toutes les commodités à proximité agréablement, surpris par le style et le cachet de la décoration, très bonne hygiène sur l'ensemble du logement , bon aménagement des espace, mise à disposition du linge de maison très apprécié.

Für einen Kurztripp mit Besuch von Futuroscope oder einen Stop-Over sehr gut geeignet

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, unkoplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Appartment hat alles, was man braucht und ist sehr sauber. An heissen Tagen ist es allerdings sehr warm, aber es gibt eine mobile Klimaanlage. Man ist in 10 Min. zu Fuß in der Altstadt oder „auf der anderen Seite“ am Fluss – passt! Es gab sehr gute und hilfreiche Tipps für den Besuch von Futurosscope!

Leider ist die Lage auch ein sein wenig suboptimal, da direkt an einer Hauptstrasse und damit recht laut.
