Posizzione Ottima per poter visitare la città e per poter prendere il treno verso altre destinazioni (la stazione è a 2 minuti a piedi). Le foto corrispondono all'appartamento e lo spazio è ben distribuito

Ci sono dei segni di usura nell'appartamento, la doccia perdeva e mancava una porta, quindi il bagno si bagnava tutto quando la si utilizzava.

Équipements vieillissants (meubles abîmés, mur blanc du salon taché, câble TV de détache tout seul). Literie moyenne qui grince dès qu on se tourne. Sanitaires à rafraîchir (portes coulissantes de douches tordues, fuite tuyau de douche) Environnement bruyant (cris et voies fortes durant la nuit)

Situation idéale pour visiter Poitiers.

L’arrivée en toute autonomie est très appréciable, les instructions sont très claires pour faciliter l’accès au logement. La localisation à 3 minutes à pied de la gare est un plus. L’appartement est à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville de Poitiers, c’est idéal pour visiter Poitiers. L’appartement est très bien équipé et chaleureux, le WI-FI fonctionne très bien. Pendant mon séjour, j’ai apprécié le calme dans l’immeuble. L’appartement est conforme aux photos.
