on arrival, it didn't seem very welcoming. It was quite drab, window pane on exterior door was smashed, and a few people hanging around outside. The room did not look like any picture on the website. It was very grey and sad looking. A lot smaller than expected.

I cancelled and went to a nearby Ibis Budget.

I have already advised the owner that I was not satisfied with shower facility, the bad smell and the presentation of the bed. It felt grubby and too basic for me.

Évier bouché à mon arrivée j'ai loué du 3 au 10 on ne m'as pas proposé de draps propres ni de serviette de toilette et ni de papier toilette pas assez de produit pour nettoyer correctement et surtout très bruyant . Pas les bon code pour les clefs bref déçu avec ce que jai dépenser presque 350 euros

La machine à café ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y avait pas de savon. Les équipements sont sommaires et sans charme. Le logement sentait la fumée froide de cigarette.

Propreté impeccable et proximité gare de Poitiers et petits commerces. Amabilité accueil internet renseignements très précis.

Je ne sais pas si le civisme des résidents peut être amélioré (affiche?) quant il s'agit de courir de minuit à 3h du matin dans les escaliers, frapper des choses à l' étage, sachant que le temps de sommeil est court pour quelqu'un qui arrive très fatiguée et pas en forme.

La propreté, les équipements : – support de la douche cassé – chauffe-serviette de la salle de bains hors-service – intérieur de la bouilloire noirci et déformé par une surchauffe – une tasse à café fêlée à plusieurs endroits, une autre très tachée – intérieur du tiroir à couverts sale – poussière et moutons un peu partout – hall d’entrée de l’immeuble très sale
