Close to the city center, warm heating

Lack of liquid soap, seeing a lot of cockroaches (I killed at least 3, some escaped). I have lived in the middle floor room several times before. This time the owner rented me the ground floor room. Its low quality was incomparable to the previous room for the above reasons.

Very good location in the town centre, close to everything, good quality for the value, good communication with the owners. Even though we didn't meet them in person everything went smoothly.

It would be nice to have towels and at least some coffee and tea available in the room. As we travelled as colleagues two duvets would be more comfortable than just one. Owners don't speak English.

Décevant, expérience horrible!

Position au centre

Séjour très décevant. C’est un RDC presque sous-sol, appartement intérieur sans ventilation, salle de bain sans fenêtre, avec un broyeur très bruyant. La seule fenêtre donne sur le couloir, donc aucune lumière naturelle ni intimité. Odeur d’humidité persistante. Il faut apporter vos propres serviettes, sinon c’est 10 € en plus pour les utiliser (incroyable !). Attention : le check-in n’est qu’à 16h, pas à 14h ou 15h comme ailleurs. J’ai demandé à entrer à 15h30, et on m’a réclamé 10 € supplémentaires. Franchement, je ne reviendrai pas et je ne recommande pas cet endroit.

Très bien dans l'ensemble, quelques défaults par ci par là mais rien de bien méchant.

L'appartement est situé à seulement 20 minutes en voiture du futuroscope, et la chambre est équipé d'un frigo, d'une box internet et d'un ventilateur, que j'ai beaucoup apprécié vu la météo caniculaire au moment de ma visite.

Les attaches murales du double lit sont cassés, ce qui fait que le moindre geste venant de la/les personnes au dessus causait beaucoup de bruit. Et la peinture s’effrite par endroits.

Ce logement peut héberger 4 personnes en même temps ça c'est très intéressant vue le prix, j'ai aussi aimé ce côté autonome, je me suis vite senti chez moi. Dans l’ensemble c'est très bien, lara a une voix très douce.

C'est un secteur qui est compliqué pour se garer quand on est véhiculé. À l’intérieur c'est le levier qui est trop petit, pour se laver le visage
