Clean, small but good location

Good location. Small but clean, quite noisy but then we live in rural France. There was no bedding for the sofa bed but I may not have been clear that it was required. Well equipped otherwise. Would stay again

Bit noisy outside and in the community hall. A hand towel and more than one towel each would be suggested. Might be useful to offer car park options for reservations.

Very cosy place with people care attitude and nice hotel level

It's a very clean place and has all what you might need. When I say it's clean, that's really outstanding: pleasant smell right after you enter in the appartment, very nice smell of all towels/bed linen, quite a good quality for those also, clean eponges in the kitchen and all clean in the bathroom. We had smth to compare with... The host was very helpful to allow a slightly later check-out and by answering some questions. It was very kind to let some coffee & tea, we enjoyed.

It doesn't relate to the apartment but rather to city policy: parking on the street isn't allowed for more then 1.5h, above is a 40eur.

Lovely apartment in centre

The location of property is fab, it was really comfortable, good cooking facilities which we didn’t use but was there. Lovely small balcony. Bed very comfortable . Hot water constantly. Shops, bars, supermarkets on your doorstep

We could have been doing with another couple of towels for hair washing etc. The bin downstairs at the front door was overflowing when we entered on first day and wasnt emptied , when we were leaving. Not a deal breaker but was off putting

La caldaia ha l'acqua calda che dopo un po' finisce ma basta aspettare un po' e ritorna. Si sente tanto caos da fuori e dalle scale del condominio

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, en pleno centro de Poitiers, en una vale tranquila. El apartamento es limpio y con una sencilla pero coqueta decoración. El propietario tiene buena comunicado y facilita todos los detalles para una llegada y estancia cómodas.

Pese a ello, el apartamento nos pareció extremadamente pequeño para una familia de cuatro miembros. No fue en exceso incómodo pero si suponía un hándicap. Quizá lo veo más pista una pareja.

Parfait pour un séjour à Poitiers.

Très bien situé et proche du centre ville à pied. Appartement très propre avec de nombreux équipements (bouilloire, machine espresso, micro onde, sèche cheveux fer à repasser, aspirateur...), et tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Literie confortable . Salle de bain petite mais très fonctionnelle et très propre. Facilité d'accès avec la boîte à clé . Hote disponible par téléphone.

Isolation sonore insuffisante ( bruit le la rue , bruit à travers les cloisons plafond et tuyauteries voisins ) mais heureusement immeuble assez calme. Boîte à clé un peu récalcitrante mais avec l'aide téléphonique Gael, tout s'est bien passé.
