Well placed apartment for exploring Poitiers

Location is great. Has everything you need for a short stay. It’s a practical and functional apartment.

I was disappointed.

Pretty town

No parking I had to park half a km away. No bedding or pillows for my child to sleep on the sofa bed. Television did not work. The apartments had a strong musky smell which didn’t go away. The apartment is very dark as the shutters have to stay shut. The road is right next to the apartment.

In the heart of Poitier

Location was superb; kitchen was excellently stocked; great to have fans.

Master bed was comfortable but single bed wasn't. Address in Booking.com showed 1 but it was actually 1a. We didn't know 1 Bis means 1a - took us time to actually find right door

Attractive, comfortable apartment

Small, brightly furnished apartment, with good facilities. Well located in the historic centre. Very comfortable.

Only caution is that the apartment is located at street level, with the door and windows opening onto the footpath. Buses pass pretty frequently. It can be noisy. Fortunately the buses don't start especially early, or finish especially late. Also, not very private when window shutters open (there is a gauzy curtain , which helps a little). With shutters closed, no natural light. Not many people walk down the footpath, so we didn't worry too much. This is not a game changer. It's otherwise a great little apartment, excellent value, and I'd stay again.

Spacious convenient ground floor apartment, cleverly furnished and decorated, well heated, professionally operated. Would stay there again.

Wonderful if you are ever in Poitiers

The host met us at the property and was extremely friendly - the apartment was still being cleaned so my friend and I went for a drink and returned 20 minutes later. The apartment is fantastic, comfortable and has everything you would need for a short stay and even longer. Paid Parking is close by and it is near all the sights of the old town with a lot of new and modern places to eat and drink at too. The host gave us recommendations on places to go as well.

El baño está en la planta de abajo y la habitación en la planta de arriba. La cocina separada por una puerta corredera porque la cocina no tiene calefacción.

Séjour poitiers

Séjour en famille avec trois enfants l'appartement est très bien situé on peut tout faire à pied et 15 minute en voiture du futuroscope ,bien équipé ( huile sel poivre café drap serviette de bain...)

Le stationnement pour la voiture est hors de prix, L'appartement est très mal isolé très froid et odeur d'humidité, la salle de bain et froide(malgré un chauffage sèche serviette)et vetuste ( pommeau de douche qui fuit cuvette bancale ...) quartier brouillant avec le passage de bus et le manque d'isolation... avec les enfants la sortie de l'appartement donne directement sur la route avec une grosse circulation. L'appartement ne possède pas de chambre comme on peut l'imaginer sur les photos mais une simple cloison qui sépare un lit canapé d'un lit
