Apartamento muito bom mais um pouco longe de tudo

O apartamento é grande e muito confortável tem todos os utensílios necessário, a TV é simplesmente oque mais gostei. O quarto a cama é os lençol são muito bom pra dormir.

Eu achei um pouco afastado de tudo não encontrei um supermercado perto, nem restaurantes ao redor tinha apenas um pequeno e pacado bar do lado. Consegui chegar de ônibus mais pra ir embora tive que pedir um taxi pq dizia que o ônibus pra estação ela a 11 min andando a pé.

No sabía que era un 2 piso sin ascensor. No fue problema pero mejor saberlo antes. Y el parking es en la calle, si hay algún sitio libre, puedes aparcar, si no, tienes que buscar por los alrededores.

Buena opción en Poitiers

La ubicación para llegar a Futuroscope. El apartamento está en las afueras de la ciudad, pero a 10 min del centro en coche. El mismo tiempo que para llegar a Futuroscope, se suele encontrar sitio para aparcar por las inmediaciones. Y la persona que lo gestiona fue muy atenta y disponible siempre. Limpio, funcional.

No había tazas, un detalle. La tele está un poco rota, pero funciona (nos avisó antes). El sofá cama es lo único mejorable, aunque en Francia este modelo de sofá cama está en todas partes.

ESTANCIA AGRADABLE

La limpieza de la ropa de cama y toallas, estaba limpia y olía bien, no soporto la ropa de cama que huele a tabaco y a sudor. El alojamiento estaba limpio y en buena ubicación. La anfitriona estaba muy atenta y nos dio bastante información.

Un pelín ruidoso ya que por esa calle pasa algo de tráfico, con unas ventanas más herméticas fuera el problema.

1/galère pour trouver une place de stationnement 2/Red flag= pendant 2 jours, pas eu d'eau chaude, je remercie la dame pour avoir fait son possible pour régler ce souci. Mais, pour moi, cela fait partie des contrôles de base avant toute entrée d'un client. ce point aurait dû être vérifié. Nous avons eu de l'eau chaude que le dernier soir. 3/ le système de boîte à clés n'est pas facile à ouvrir, il faut s'y prendre à plusieurs reprises pour ouvrir le boitier 4/ la télévision devrait etre changée, on capte une chaîne sur 5 et elle est défectueuse

Un séjour agréable

Appartement lumineux dans lequel on se sent bien, dans un quartier calme. Nous étions 3 et c'est amplement suffisant pour des vacances. Très bien situé (nous sommes allés aux Futuroscope at Aquascope). Bonne communication avec les propriétaires ( très disponible pour tout renseignement)

Un détail n'ayant rien à voir avec l'appartement se situe dans les parties communes: les escaliers où quelques marches sont peu profondes et donc il faut faire attention.

Idéal pour un petit séjour Futuroscope/Poitiers.

Petit appartement fonctionnel bien situé entre le parc du Futuroscope (15 minutes) et le centre ville de Poitiers (10 minutes). L'hôte est très réactive pour répondre à toutes questions.

Pour garer c'est gratuit dans la rue, mais il se peut qu'il faille tourner un peu pour trouver une place.
