Nice location for easy getting abt

It was well located near the train station. With comfortable room. Nice neighbours who were really helpful

No instructions on how to set the boiler so couldn't have a shower, the lady who owned the apartment was great

The small room felt like a stove. It was directly onder a low not isolated roof with a very small window. You can't offer an apparmemt like this with no ventilation. The owner did nothing on our urgent request for a ventilator. There was also no warm water and the lock on the front door was forced and not repaired. It was impossible to sleep there so we fled. We are no complainers but in our many years of travelling this was by far the worst accomodation.

Peut mieux faire

Le fait que le logement soit à côté de la gare et que le lieu soit sécurisé.

Nous avons séjourné dans le logement n6 (dernier étage) La télécommande du téléviseur ne fonctionnait pas. Odeur d'égout mais cela est peut-être dû au fait que le logement était vide pendant un bon moment et aussi pas de vmc. Problème de canalisation,l'eau ne s'écoulait pas correctement au niveau du receveur de la douche.De plus le bouchon de la douche n'était pas du tout nettoyé,beaucoup de crasse avec des cheveux.Des cheveux dans la salle de bain.Cabine de douche peu nettoyer.Seche serviette inutilisable.

Matelas souillé ! Horrible expérience - Soiled mattress :(

Cet établissement a été la PIRE expérience Booking.com que nous avons eues. Les lieux communs étant d'une propreté douteuse, nous avons préféré vérifier le lit à la recherche de punaise de lit. A notre surprise, en enlevant les draps, le matelas était souillé par de très GRANDES TACHES qui occupaient la moitié du matelas, y compris des tâches marrons qui rapellent des tâches d'excrément et des tâches jaunâtres laissant pensée à de l'urine. Les deux côtés du matelas étaient tâchés, preuve qu'il avait été retourné et que le personnel de ménage / le logeur ont connaissance de la saleté de la literie qu'ils offrent. La publicité est totalement mensongère quand il est affirmé que la literie est neuve et le matelas de qualité. Contrairement à ce qui est affirmé de manière mensongeuse par l'établissement, l'ETABLISSEMENT nous a affirmé qu'on ne pouvait PAS ANNULER ou REMBOURSER la réservation, y compris pour les nuits suivantes. Nous n'avons pas reçu d'aide de la part de Booking également en raison de la mauvaise foi du logeur. A FUIR VRAIMENT ! ------- This was by far the WORST experience we've had on Booking.com. The common areas were not clean, so we inspected the bed for bedbugs. To our shock, removing the sheets revealed a heavily soiled mattress — huge stains covering half of it, including brown ones resembling feces and yellow ones suggesting urine. Both sides were stained, clearly showing the mattress had been flipped and the host was aware of its filthy state. The listing falsely claims the bedding is new and the mattress is high quality. We received no help relocating or getting a refund, despite not spending a single night there. The host REFUSED to cancel or reimburse, and Booking provided no support due to the host’s bad faith. TO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
