An okay stopover but wouldn’t say it was the best

The location was great and walking to the city center

It was way too small for the price and the deposit system was a bit confusing. We didn’t really feel comfortable filling out our credit card information for a 170€ deposit. The host even asked us for give them a perfect score before returning our deposit which I had was absorb

Convenient stopover

The ground-floor studio was very compact, with sofa-bed, counter-style breakfast bar, and well-equipped kitchenette. The sofa-bed was cleverly designed but it was a bit of a struggle to return it to a sofa next morning.

I had messaged the property with a request several days arriving but received no acknowledgement from them until after we had left

bijou apartment, small but beautiful (to me), I would love to stay there again if in Poitiers

Location is wonderful... in the old town, next to a lovely park and walking distance from the train station. Host sent extremely helpful info ref checkin, parking, restaurants and things to do. Great communication, The value for money was exceptional compared to other properties. I could have paid a lot more to receive a lot less.

The apartment is smaller than I realised on the internet. However, it is very well equipped, with everything you would need for a short stay.

L'odeur insupportable du tabac froid et incrusté dans l'un des appartements, toiles d'araignées dans la salle de bains ainsi que l'humidité, odeur d'égout dans l'appartement du RDC.

Pratique pour une nuit pas chère à Poitiers.

Bon emplacement, arrivée autonome très pratique, bonne communication avec l’hôte. Pratique pour une nuit de passage à Poitiers, à 15min à pied du centre et 20min du Futuroscope en voiture.

Le logement mériterait un petit entretien global (étagère et porte serviette qui se casse la figure). Un bon coup de ménage serait également appréciable (cheveux dans les draps, poils et moisissures dans la douche, traces de chaussures au sol partout dans le salon).

Le lit n’est pas confortable. Une fois la réservation effectuée, la veille de notre arrivée, l’hôte demande une caution de 150 euros pour avoir les clés, prélevée ou pas. Pas clair !
