A lovely studio apartment close to the center of poitiers

The apartment was only a 15-minute walk into the town of poitiers and a 5 minute walk to the train station. As studio apartments go, it was lovely, and the balcony was a bonus! A full sized fridge and oven were great.

Nothing to do with the apartment itself, and nothing could be done about it, but it was a very, very hot weekend, and with no air-conditioning, the temperature in the apartment was unbearable. There was a fan, which helped slightly. We couldn't use the top bunk as it was too hot. Luckily, there was a sofa bed, so we used that instead.

The door would not lock. I had to sleep with the door unlocked. The bunk bed was poorly made, if I moved to close to the edge, the mattress and frame would topple.

Juste le bruit des personnes du dessus,qui montent les escaliers,après je pense ce n’est pas tout le temps mais sinon à part ça je reviendrai c’est sur.

Court Séjour à Poitiers

Studio cosy en centre-ville ! Proche de la gare de Poitiers et des arrêts de bus. Possibilité d’arriver plus tôt que l’heure prévue d’arrivée (merci ! ) WC et salle de bain corrects, cuisine équipée.

Un peu de bruit dû aux trains et aux voitures, et le matelas pourrait être plus confortable. Bon courage !

Essayer de faire quelque chose vraiment pour le parking, parce que payer tous les jours...cest chaud

L'eau chaude et les ustensiles complet pour faire la cuisine comme a la maison

Je n'ai pas apprécier quil ny ait pas vraiment de parking adapter cependant vu le nombre de jours quon a passer au rbnb, mais sinon tout est impeccable

Bonn emplacement, pratique, bien équipé pour un court séjour

Bien placé proche centre et accessible par la passerelle au dessus de la voie ferrée.

Le lit double du bas n'est pas très confortable (canapé lit déplié) et bascule, peu stable, sinon bien.

le lit du bas bascule quand on se met sur le bord. Le canapé est inconfortable. La sélection de chaînes télé est mauvaise. Prévoir un meilleur ventilateur la personne dans le lit du haut ne peut pas dormir avec la chaleur

Passage éclair sur Poitiers

La proximité de la gare qui est accolée à la rue du logement. Une passerelle amène à 50m de la porte... La souplesse des propriétaires ayant accordés de déposer plus tôt nos affaires. Bon rapport qualité prix

Des chouettes petites vacances à Poitiers

Studio très bien situé et calme malgré la proximité de la gare. Juste parfait pour quelques jours de vacances pour visiter la région. Le + les WC séparés de la salle de bain, parfait.

L'endroit est très bien, un petit rafraîchissement du sol vinyl et l'installation d'un chauffage clim et c'est 10/10 ! Bonne continuation à vous Alex et Lara, vous avez été de super hôtes !!!

Plutôt bon séjour avec quelques petits détails à revoir

Hôte attentionné et réactif Proximité avec lieux attractifs Studio fonctionnel, si besoin de cuisinier, travailler… Petit mais confortable pour quelques jours, pas plus de 2 personnes Parking rue pas toujours facile de trouver une place mais prix abordable

Propreté pas totalement irréprochable,revoir quelques petits détails comme notamment des choses qui traînent au sol, lino décollé donne un effet négligé et présente quelques taches. Un gel douche et désodorisant présents mais vides… Literie pas très confortable. Un rideau plus opaque ne serait pas de refus pour plus d’intimité car si on ne ferme pas les volets on est totalement exposé à la rue.
