Spacious apartment in the perfect location

The location is ideal.. Right beside the train station and a couple of minutes walk from the bus to Futuroscope. It is a 10 minute walk from the City centre albeit up a lot od stairs but still easily accessible.. Very spacious apartment and has everything you need. The host was responsive in queries and helpful. She was able to accommodate us earlier than the check in time which really helped us out. Easy to check out with lock box. Very happy we chose here as the price was reasonable for a family of 5.

Très agréable appart à Poitiers, spacieux et propre

Nous avons rencontré le couple propriétaire des lieux, très sympathique; Liza s'est donnée du mal pour nous accueillir plus tôt que prévu comme nous le demandions; appartement très spacieux, clair, agréable, propre. Heureux de ces 24h passés chez eux.

Las camas eran muy cómodas. Además tenía juegos de mesa que nos vinieron muy bien ya que llovió durante nuestra estancia.

El baño estaba abajo, pero estaba muy bien .

Logement impeccable mais quartier mal fréquenté : ne pas laisser du matos sur la voiture...

L'intérieur du logement très bien, propriétaire eu au téléphone sympathique et arrangeant (heure d'arrivée très tardive).

Le quartier est mal fréquenté, on a failli se faire braquer nos vélos, mon mari a dû se lever à 3h du matin et menacer d'appeler la police pour que le groupe s'éloigne de notre véhicule garé juste devant. Et les lits n'étaient pas faits : quand on arrive à 1h du matin, ce n'est pas une super surprise.

Les literies sont confortables, il y a un frigo/congélateur de bonnes dimensions, le logement est parfaitement propre, le linge de maison impeccable.

Il faisait très chaud et nous avons passé la nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes. Dans la chambre de devant, le bruit des voitures est amplifié à cause des remparts et c’est une rue où il y a pas mal de passage et à l’arrière, le frigo d’un commerce est assez bruyant.

Hôtes agréables et réponse rapide lors de nos échanges. Récupération des clés facile. Les hôtes et moi nous étions mis d'accord sur l'heure de rendez-vous. Le chauffage avait été mis en amont. C'est appréciable. Machine à café en grains, qui fait un très bon café. Logement spacieux et propre. Lits et oreillers très confortables. Excellent rapport qualité-prix

La présence de gel douche/shampooing dans la douche aurait été un plus

Des propriétaires vraiment sympathiques et gentils, literie grand confort, tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour, super bien placé et des roses fraîchement cueillies au délicieux parfum qui nous attendaient ♡ boulangerie et presse/tabac à 1min à pied, parfait. On reviendra à l'occasion !
