Too hot. Even with the fan not easy to fell asleep. The additional sofa is not comfortable to use as a bed. Bed linings were not provided for it even if the booking was made for 3 persons. The place to eat is not convenient because the apartment is tiny. Bed linings are old. Not enough sockets.

Perfect for a short break

Location perfect for us… an 11 minute walk into the centre (up a little bit of a hill though, but thankfully mobility not an issue for us) & 15 mins down & along the river to visit our friends so location suited us. Quiet area & felt safe (although all of the areas in Poitiers that we visited felt safe). Fan provided in each bedroom. Large rooms & good layout.

On arrival we received the code by text but it was incorrect - called host but waited 25 mins for correct code (might not be an issue for others but we needed the toilet & had a dinner reservation & the unnecessary delay wasn’t a good start to our holiday). On the plus side we stayed in a 2 bedroom & highly recommend the property. Additional suggestions :- Bed linen & shower towel provided, however would suggest property provide dish towels - when you’re on a 4 night city break you really want all towels provided as hand luggage doesn’t allow for bringing extra towels! Would love a full length mirror (lots of wall space to fit a mirror).

Emplacement idéal pour se déplacer sur les grands axes. Logement spacieux et bien équipé lave-linge, lave-vaisselle). Le parking est un must.

Desde el primer momento, la experiencia fue muy angustiante: cámaras de vídeo en zonas comunes (incluida la entrada al piso), y mensajes constantes recordando que todo está siendo grabado. También se mencionan posibles avisos a la policía por cualquier “infracción”, lo que genera una sensación de presión continua. No hay intimidad, ni respeto, ni empatía. Cada día se repite el mismo mensaje de control, creando un ambiente de inseguridad emocional y desconfianza total. Esta situación, además, genera muchas dudas sobre si se están respetando las normativas de privacidad. Sinceramente, me arrepiento profundamente de haber alquilado este lugar. A cualquiera que valore su bienestar y su libertad: eviten este piso a toda costa. puede salir muy caro cuando lo que está en juego es tu tranquilidad. Mencionar que seguro esconderán esta reseña para desmentir como lo ha. Echo en otras ocasiones.

Manque un peu de vaisselle : pas de grand mugs, seulement 2 bols, 1 seul verre à pied. Le flexible de douche fuyait.

Un appartement très bien équipé, bien pensé et grand. Il peut convenir pour 6 personnes. A 4, Nous n'avons pas utilisé la 2eme salle de bain et la 3eme chambre. Pratique le petit "cagibi"à l'entrée.

Le seul bémol, ca serait la circulation, on est en ville.
