Cozy, charming one-bedroom apartment — Poitiers, along the Clain River 🌿
Located on the first floor of a superb 18th-century stone building (with an elevator), this charming one-bedroom apartment combines historic character with modern comfort. A quiet and welcoming setting for up to 4 people, in a peaceful residential neighborhood, with fiber-optic Wi-Fi, secure private parking, and walking access to downtown via a pleasant stroll along the Clain River. Perfect for a romantic getaway, a business trip, or a family vacation (four-legged friends welcome 🐾).

• Separate bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
• Living room with a sofa bed for 2 additional guests (4 guests total).
• Crib (105x60 mattress) always available on-site.
• Bathroom with shower, washing machine, towel warmer, and space heater.
• Fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Coffee corner and condiments provided (tea, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper).
• Living room with a 4K UHD smart TV, a small furnished desk, books, and games. Fan and steam iron available.

Parking & Access 🚗 A private parking space is reserved for you in the secure residence (access via an electric gate), as well as a shared bike storage area. The apartment is accessible by elevator or stairs. Bus stop just a few meters away.
The Surroundings: You’re in a quiet, green neighborhood—perfect for recharging. Right across from the building, the peaceful Promenade Pasteur (Promenade des Cours) runs along the Clain River in a bucolic setting that almost feels like the countryside 🌿 Just a stone’s throw away, you can also enjoy the Jardin des Sens and, for a drink by the water, the Pictave guinguette at Îlot Tison (5-minute walk).
Nicknamed the “city of 100 steeples,” Poitiers is brimming with treasures to discover in its historic center, which is bustling year-round, just a 10–15-minute walk away (as is the beautiful Blossac Park). Futuroscope and Aquascope are a 20-minute drive away. Also worth exploring: the lush town of Saint-Benoît, the medieval town of Chauvigny, or Lusignan and its legend of the fairy Mélusine… Free interactive tours are available via the Terra Aventura app, as well as the new experience “Aliénor’s Lost Treasure.”

Please take care of the furniture and equipment: do not move heavy furniture, and do not use light-colored fabrics to remove makeup.
If anything is broken or damaged, please notify us immediately. It’s always better to report an incident than to have it discovered later.
Linens and towels must remain in the accommodation.
Subletting and transferring the reservation are prohibited.
