emplacement en plein centre mais à l'écart des commerces donc plus calme, facile d'accès pour les transports en commun appartement spacieux bien décoré grandes pièces équipements corrects avec jardin et véranda super cool et enfin l'accueil de la personne chargée de l'entretien qui au passage fait un travail parfait: tout était particulièrement propre
les voisins qui, peut être n'ont pas conscience du bruit qui engendre au détriment de notre repos et ce malgré les recommandations du propriétaire: en fait j' ai un gros doute sur l'isolation phonique entre les 2 apparts : le moindre bruit est perceptible

La teille de l'appartement, la véranda + jardin, le parking, l'emplacement, les équipements
immeuble ancien et donc un peu sonore (mais au centre ville de Poitiers tous les immeubles sont anciens)

Belle maison ancienne Bien rénovée Avec une belle fraîcheur alors qu’il faisait chaud dehors Tout est fonctionnel C’est super bien placé
Un bon coup de ménage sur la terrasse serait nécessaire Le canapé qui sert de second couchage a un sommier qui grince ( bruit gênant pour bien dormir)
