Charming apartment in a very convenient location

It was very convenient to the center of town as well as other attractions. The apartment was very old French, but updated in the thing that were important. External shutters helped to darken and keep the noise down. Thomas was a wonderful host. He was very easy to communicate with and always anxious to help. The parking was in a secure garage and was free! We were able to walk to the town center to the stores and the market. We also were able to walk to the Baptistry of St Jean and to other historic churches. All in all, it was a wonderful place and a great value.

The bed was just as pictured, very low to the floor. We are seniors and it was a little hard getting out of bed. But otherwise, everything was great.

Easy walk into Poitiers. Outside garden space was lovely with birdsong and pleasant eating area. Apartment was spacious and underground car parking was good.

Superb

Spacious apartment in a lovely old building with the added bonus of a parking space in a nearby underground car park. The garden and outdoor space was very private and peaceful. The numerous restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Coco the Concierge was very helpful and recommended somewhere to eat that had amazing food for a good price.

La casa è d’epoca con soffitti alti ed è abbastanza ben tenuta, ha una veranda che da sull’esterno ed un giardino che andrebbe tenuto meglio. Viene offerto insieme un comodissimo parcheggio sotterraneo adiacente la casa

Een goed en centraal gelegen locatie voor een kort verblijf in Poitiers!

De accommodatie lag op de gelijkvloerse verdieping. In een groot herenhuis met hoge plafonds. Daarom voelde de living en slaapkamer heel ruim aan. Buitenterras en tuin waren een nice to have, maar absoluut niet onderhouden. Een kleine maar nette badkamer en excellente douche.

De keuken viel enorm tegen. Niet voldoende kookpotten en pannen om een fatsoenlijke maaltijd te bereiden.

Avoir un parking sécurisé surtout en plein centre de Poitier, pas besoin de chercher un place. Le fait de pouvoir aller faire des courses ou aller au restaurant à pieds sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. La tranquillité. La disponibilité de notre hôte. Il répond rapidement à nos questions.

A localização é ótima. O anfitrião teve a delicadeza de deixar uma pasta com várias recomendações, desde pontos de interesse na cidade até restaurantes. Ele sempre respondia rapidamente qdo eu perguntava alguma coisa. O estacionamento é um ponto muito positivo. O local é seguro e tem tudo o que um hóspede precisa. Chuveiro bom.

As roupas de cama poderiam ser renovadas. E as toalhas mais fofinhas. Porém são detalhes que não desabonaram as qualidades.
