l appartement est très propre et lumineux et le propriétaire très réactif aux messages

- Le cadre de lit de la chambre parentale est en acier et fait un bruit d enfer à chaque mouvement de bras ou de jambes, impossible de dormir paisiblement. - Les draps de douches sont trop petits. - L escalier est très abrupte, dangereux et sans rampe : impossible pour des enfants en bas âge ou personnes âgées sachant que le seul toilette est en bas, et les chambres sur le 1er et 2nd niveau.

Las escaleras a las habitaciones son inaccesibles para gente mayor. WC en planta baja y habitaciones arriba.

Alles perfekt! Frisch renovierte Unterkunft- perfekt ausgestattet mit viel Platz! Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln, neue moderne Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Supergutes Internet, modernes Badezimmer, Toilette extra. Die Gastgeber haben wirklich an alles gedacht! Wir hatten als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt.

Die Terrasse ist noch nicht renoviert, kann aber trotzdem genutzt werden. Super viel Sonne.

L'emplacement proche du Futuroscope et de la ville. La propreté, la réactivité de l'hôte.

Nous n'avons pas de commentaires négatifs mais un conseil pour propriétaire. Mettre un rideau de douche en perpendiculaire à la parois en verre afin d'éviter la projection d'eau sur le sol. La rénovation est de bonne qualité.

Stationnement pas possible devant la maison. ( dommage). Une seule toilette au rez de chaussée. Pas de petites armoires dans les chambres pour déposer ces affaires.

Séjour au top, maison agréable

Petite maison de ville cosy bien agencée, pas trop loin de la gare et du centre (le retour ça monte un peu). Maison rénovée, très propre et bien équipée. Lits faits à notre arrivée, linge de toilette, produits ménagers, capsules de café etc... tout est mis à disposition pour que le séjour soit agréable et que l'on soit à l'aise.

Le petit moin est le toilette dans le lieu de vie. Il manque juste une rembarde d'escalier (pour la descente) mais je pense que le propriétaire y a pensé. Stationnement payant dans la rue principale (mais pratiquement comme dans tout Poitiers).
