Really recommend! Great value, calm area and friendly hosts.

The hosts were so kind and willing to help - such a friendly energy about them. The hotel is located a short walk from the metro station and in easy reach of central Paris. There are some nice restaurants and bakeries nearby as well as small supermarkets, pharmacy etc. We’d definitely recommend and would stay here again. Also, the coffee was delicious!

The rooms are above a restaurant which seems to be out of action. You walk through past the bar to get to the door that leads up to the rooms. It would be great to see this place up and running in a way that conveniences guests. Perhaps as a daytime cafe or something…

Amazing retreat away from the craziness of Paris

The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful and the apartment was clean and beautiful.

The shower doesn't have a door so it was difficult to keep the water from getting all over the bathroom, especially with kids. Two of the four days we were there were were able to get warm water for showers but not hot..

We had a wonderful stay — clean rooms, friendly hosts, and a perfect location near the metro.

The rooms are very clean and new, and the owners are extremely friendly and welcoming. We visited all the main attractions in Paris using the metro — the station is right next to the hotel, which made getting around very easy. Although breakfast is not available, there are several nice cafés nearby. Thank you for the wonderful stay we had!

Price for quality is adequate. but there is always room for improvement.

Good room for a short stay, staff very friendly and welcoming. Room gets cleaned daily (towels changed, garbage collected...) and the bed is decent. Convenient location, very close to M13 which gets you anywhere.

Very slow wifi, bathroom had a slight smell (but it's ok, you can close the door to block the odor) and the shower leaks so better place a few towels before stepping in. The curtains also where not blocking the sun very efficiently.

Good value for money on Metro Line 14

Honestly everything was perfect to make this stay comfortable, convenient from a location perspective and very stress free thanks to the kind owners. They helped me to settle with my little baby, provided advices and a baby crib too.

No elevator is a good to know (although the staff and owners always helped carry heavy stuff up to the room).

Great location and lovely staff

Fantastic location, just a couple of minutes walk to the metro! Lovely street nearby with play areas for kids, restaurants and supermarkets Staff were wonderful and even carried our suitcase up two flights of stairs. As a family of four with two children, having a separate living room was a real plus; we could relax in the evenings while they slept!

WiFi was terrible. Room is too bright. If you’re a light sleeper, bring a sleep mask or portable blackout blind – the blinds didn’t fully cover the windows and a lot of light came through in the morning. I’m not sure I’d feel entirely comfortable walking alone in the area at night, so female solo travellers may want to keep that in mind. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay (which wasn’t a huge problem), but fresh towels and a restock of tea/coffee would have been much appreciated.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was excellent—set in a quiet and safe neighborhood, yet just a short walk from the metro station, making it super easy to get around the city and reach the airport. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The room itself was simple, modern, and very clean—exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again!

If I had to mention something, I would personally have preferred a different type of pillow—maybe a bit lower—but that’s just a personal preference. Also, slightly darker blackout curtains would have made the room even more perfect. These are minor details though and didn’t take away from an overall great stay.

Location was great and the room was clean. Coffee served downstairs was amazing.

The room was advertised as a “two bedroom” but it was actually a one bedroom with two beds in it. It still worked for us as we are a family but if you were two couples travelling and expecting two rooms it would be a little award.

Great paris stay

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location of the hotel is great, very close to the bus and metro station, very clean and safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing we had trouble was finding the entrance, as the door with the Hotel sign was completely shut but apparently there is another entrance from the steak restaurant.

Preis und Lage unschlagbar, mit kleinen Mängeln

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort, weil das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis für Paris hervorragend ist. Hervorzuheben ist vor allem die Nähe zur Metro und die Ausstattung der Zimmer mit einem Wasserkocher, sodass man dort bequem frühstücken kann. Mehrere Bäckereien, Supermärkte, preisgünstige und gute Restaurants sowie ein Burger King sind gleich nebenan. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz der Mängel wird man für diesen Preis kaum ein besseres Hotel finden.

Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, im Zimmer und im Treppenhaus. Am dritten Tag ging uns das Klopapier aus, das schmutzige Handtuch meiner Frau war nicht getauscht worden, erst auf unsere ausdrückliche Bitte. Der äußere Eindruck und das verlassene Restaurant im Erdgeschoss (Frühstück wird nicht angeboten) sind auch nicht gerade einnehmend.

Ár-érték arányban egy jó szállás

Nagyon szuper helyen van, a közelben vannak boltok, a metró kb 5 perc sétára volt. A környezet csodaszépen fel volt díszítve, meki és burger king kb 10-12 perces sétára voltak. A szoba kicsi volt ugyan, de két főnek tökéletes. Klímával lehet fűteni, meleg víz nagyon hamar jött fürdéskor. Szállás elfoglalásakor nagyon kedves emberek fogadtak minket. Mindennap takarították a szobát, ez szuper volt.

Sajnos nem azt a szobát kaptuk ami le lett foglalva, illetve én kértem egy személyes ajándékot a páromnak amit nem kaptunk meg - pedig üzenetben azt írták semmi akadálya. A szobában volt egy ágy, éjjeli szekrény és egy kis asztal, tehát szekrény nincs, ruhát kipakolni nem lehet sehová, ez nagyon zavaró volt. Első éjszakánkon az alattunk lévő étterem/bárban születésnapot ünnepeltek, borzasztó dohány szag volt illetve hangzavar, hajnal 2 óráig, emiatt nem tudtuk aludni. A tisztaság a fürdőszobában nem volt 100%-os, de legalább minden nap új törölközőt kaptunk, illetve az ágyneműt is 1x kicserélték. A szobában kuka nem volt, így mi a fürdőszobait használtuk ami sajnos nagyon kicsi volt és tele is lett, ezt nem ürítették.

El personal del hotel siempre fueron muy amables y atentos, atendieron a nuestras solicitudes. La limpieza de la habitación es buena, no hay mucho ruido y la ubicación es excelente, a 5 min a pie de dos líneas del metro y el bus pasa enfrente.

La habitación no se parece mucho a las imágenes, es demasiado básica y pequeña. Las cortinas transparentan demasiado y la luz de la calle te da toda la noche. No hay elevador y el wifi falla mucho.

Totalmente recomendable

La localización está muy bien. Es un buen barrio y tiene el metro a 1 minuto caminando, supermercado y demás servicios. El personal es amable. La habitación es cómoda.

Por ponerle una pega la mampara de nuestra ducha era pequeña y salia un poco de agua por fuera pero nada que altere la estancia.

Esqueci o nome da moça da recepção, mas ela foi simplesmente perfeita! Uma querida. Carinhosa, atenciosa, simpática! O quarto é extremamente confortável e o banheiro amplo. É muito perto da estação.

Super Week-End dans un hôtel chouette !

Tout est parfait. L'accueil, l'emplacement, la chambre. L'hôtel bien que peu visible depuis l'extérieur, les chambes ont été entièrement rénovées. Très proche de l'esplanade de la Mairie de St Ouen, parfaitement situé, l'hôtel est très agréable et l'accueil très convivial. Merci.

Провела немало времени, пока искала подходящий вариант проживания в Париже и по нормальной цене. Подруга посоветовала посмотреть район Сант-Уан и нашла мне этот отель) Как же я ей была благодарна! действительно, чудесное расположение отеля, тихий, красивый район, метро в двух-трех минутах (13 и 14 линии), в 5 минутах на бульваре продуктовый супермаркет и разные лавки, голодным не остаться! В отеле очень приветливый персонал, уборка номера была каждый день (!), очень хорошая кровать, удобная мебель.

Маленький холодильник в номер хотелось бы, еще я не разобралась с обогревом, как он работает, но я думаю, это моя техническая глупость....все равно при + 10-13 за окном ночью вполне можно было спать под одеялом и с приоткрытым окном.

Preiswert und gut

Das Hotel und die Zimmerausstattung sind zwar einfach, aber gut, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung erscheint neuwertig. Da wir mehrfach in Paris waren, kann ich sagen, dass (entgegen den Aussagen anderer Kunden) das Zimmer sehr geräumig war und sogar gegenüber dem Bett ein Sofa mit einem Tisch hatte. Dank einem Wasserkocher (incl. Instant-Kaffee und Teebeuteln) kann man so dort frühstücken (der Bäcker ist gleich um die Ecke). Der Herr an der Rezeption ist tatsächlich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch, ebenso die nette Dame am Morgen. Sehr gut auch die Lage in unmittelbarer U-Bahn-Nähe, mit mehreren Restaurants (v. a. Communale St. Ouen) in der Nähe, in einem modernen, teilweise noch im Umbruch befindlichen, aufstrebenden Stadtteil.

Von außen ist das Hotel leider abschreckend hässlich! Es sieht so aus, als ob alles nur darauf wartet, dass diese anachronistische Häuserzeile so bald wie möglich Platz für Neubauten macht! Das Steakhaus im Erdgeschoss wird anscheinend nicht mehr betrieben, so dass man durch ein verlassenes Lokal hineinkommt. Das Treppenhaus macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Die Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer ließ sich nicht auf mehr als 20 Grad einstellen - etwas kalt im Oktober! Die Schallisolierung der Zimmer zur Straße ist schwach.
