Enjoyed our stay, but if we stay again we will opt out of paying for breakfast and eat elsewhere.

The staff were great and very friendly! Bed was very comfortable and a great big hot shower! Had a slight problem with air conditioning that I'm not sure if it got resolved, but we were brought a fan which solved the problem.

The breakfast was disappointing. The hot food was always luke warm at best and didn't seem very fresh. So I stuck mainly with croissants and fruit. Housekeeping never removed our used cups or dishes in our room and a few times didn't leave fresh towels.

Beautiful hotel in good area

Modern hotel, excellent bed, nice warm people, free still and sparkling water. Cross the street is a metro station that offers good conections with the city centre. The area has everything you could need: brasairies, restaurants, fast food (Burger King), a great supermarket and all of theese are right around the hotel.

Great place in Paris in a newer district

Location - Easy access using public transport. Metro de Paris station Mairie Saint-Ouen is right across the street. Line 14 which is fully automated will get you into city center almost directly. Property - It is a quiet and comfortable hotel, modern-style. Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was very functional with modern appointments and a spotless bathroom. One nice touch that we appreciated was the availability of cool water dispensed at a fountain machine on the room's floor. They even provide a bottle for use during your stay. Breakfast - standard buffet well supplied, but not a big rotation ... so after a few days it's repetitive, but it's ok. It is better than wasting time to go find a spot to eat with a possible lineup. Other(s) - No restaurant on site, but some prepared/boxed food and beverages can be purchased. Also, there was a microwave oven in the dining hall which could be used for reheating. There are restaurants nearby. One of them being the Bouillon du Coq (20 meters from the hotel). Great bistrot-like place serving good food at a correct price.

The best decision about my trip to Paris!

Another incredible stay at my favorite Paris hotel. Nothing has or will ever beat this place. I am coming back again in February and March because its simply TE BEST. I say that because the service is unsurpassable. The staff absolutely ROCK in all direction, they really do!! In particular, the legend that is Marg on the reception desk who cannot do enough to help people. My whole experience of the capital city is, in many ways, based on having such a wonderful wonderful place to return to each evening. In reading this, if you decide to go elsewhere (Hotel wise) then more fool you! Thank you so much!

Best affordable accommodation in Paris

This hotel had everything we needed for our four-day trip to Paris. The location was convenient for us, with the metro and several bus lines available right outside the hotel. We visited Disneyland, which was an easy one-hour journey from the hotel via the metro (you do have to change trains, though). But overall very easy amd comfortable journey! It only took us about 25–30 minutes to get to the city centre using the metro once again. There are also restaurants, grocery stores and bakeries in the area. The staff were literally the best, always kind and happy to help. They accommodated all our requests, such as our room preference, and on the day of our departure, they prepared the breakfast area earlier than the scheduled opening time to ensure that we could grab something to eat before our early morning flight. Absolutely amazing service!

Lovely staff and Very clean, sleek hotel. Amazing breakfast!! Good sized room, had a concert at the stadefrance so was great location to it.

The aircon never quite seemed cold but maybe this is just a French thing cus same issue everywhere haha

Value for money, good parking on site (under hotel). Very convenient when coming by car. In Paris city centre within 20-30 min, 1 line, 2,5euro fare.

Area feels a bit remote/not a super nice area but with metro you are in City centre quickly. If mostly out to see the city and just need a comfy place to sleep, this hotel is a great find

Nice modern hotel, shame about the breakfast service.

The place is very modern and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location for Stade De France. Very friendly reception staff.

I really must comment on the breakfast- when properly stocked it’s a perfectly nice choice. However, on Saturday morning none of the tables had been cleared so it was difficult to find somewhere to sit. Then on Sunday morning they were very busy and there was literally nothing to eat! Despite complaining several times, it took absolutely ages for more food to appear and the staff were not so polite. It’s a fairly expensive hotel and I did find this to be unacceptable.

Great deal in a convenient location.

We stayed here for our first trip to Paris as it was a much better deal at the time than most. Its located on the outskirts of Paris but since Metro is directly across the street it just meant that we had a 20 minute trip to central Paris each day. Which was fine. The neighborhood is a kind of working class area with inexpensive cafes and take out nearby. We found it super convenient for breakfast, nearby laundry, etc. Always felt safe there although a few rough types on the streets. We really enjoyed the budget cafes and restaurants as opposed to the touristy and expensive restaurants in a more ritzy neighborhood. So the whole experience was great there and we'll be back!

We were not impressed with the breakfast. My recollection is that it was expensive and very limited. But right down the street was a great pub that was open for breakfast. So we only tried the hotel breakfast once.

Pleasant

Well designed and very new.

Service was below expectations. Not sure I had the wrong expectations as room fare was 300+ euro a night, but in the morning at breakfast most of the tables were not taken care of - full of dirty dishes. Rooms were serviced only until 13 or so. A staff member knocked at the door and entered right away without waiting for me to open the door. And there were a couple of other issues which left me somehow underwhelmed.

The best thing about this hotel was the staff. Everyone that we dealt with were great and nice. New property so the facilities were clean and modern, and the Metro location and underground parking were also great parts of the stay
